“If you have a plumbing problem ask for Jeff. Had a simple problem (loose shower handle) but had trouble replacing it because it was off-brand and I am new to the house. Jeff guessed a replacement handle that would work, and if it didn't work, explained the bigger project of replacing the whole shower assembly. If I needed to go back I would definitely ask for him again.”

“Customer service is absolute junk. We purchased three appliances for a kitchen and scheduled them for a Saturday delivery. Pulled out all of our other appliances and put them in our garage waiting for the delivery and they never showed up. Do not buy appliances here. They do not understand how to take care of customers. Too big.”
