Several staff members are noted for going above and beyond, paying close attention to detail, walking customers to items, and providing some of the best customer service. However, other experiences vary. Some customers find the return process easy and smooth, while others have encountered difficulties with basic requests, requiring manager intervention for a resolution. A common complaint is that staff can often be hard to find when help is needed, leaving customers to search and wait for assistance.
