I came to the store to return an online order yesterday and the process was easy, smooth and quick. Kaitlyn and Hayley at the order and pickup desk were amazing, patient and super helpful. Give them a raise, they’re great employees!

I currently have a deck project and have been at Menards almost everyday this week. Sebastian helped me out a great deal finding what I needed. He pays attention to detail and is very helpful. He even walked me around to make sure I know where to find the materials I needed. Nowadays, great service is very hard to find. Kudos to Sebastian for great customer service. I hope he gets employee of the month!

Recommend getting the app! The store is huge, and the app can direct you exactly where you need to go to find specific products. Much easier than just exploring and hoping you'll run into the spackle or w/e

Updating to a four-star review. Visited here again and Lewis in the building department went above and beyond. Taking his time to help me. Order for me. All with a smile on his face and some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Kudos Lewis..

.. Came here to buy mulch. Waited in line paid went to pick up one of those plastic sheets that these places always have so you don't get your car dirty and this young man at the counter directed me toward these little orange flags that he said I could lay down as many as I want. Oh my gosh seriously? Can't even imagine how that would work. I have a new car and I certainly don't want the back ruined with these wet bags of mulch. When I told the man I just wanted my money back he wanted me to take all of these and go to the other side of the store to return them. I asked for a manager. I can't walk on this bad knee right now. She was great. She voided the transaction. Done. But it really sucks that people have to push and push and push to make something happen and it shouldn't be that way. Not real happy with this particular store and I will not be back...

Lumber in the yard 99% of the time is unusable. Told by yard drivers, they won’t bring down any usable boards because there is already some on the ground and made us feel crazy for not accepting boards with holes through them. Customer service is Nonexistent and staff expects you to deal with the boards that are rotted away. Don’t bother with this location for your lumber needs.

Its very hard to buy things from this Menards. Very few associates on floor to assist, the lumber yard is not geared to easy basic purchases, the garden center was trash with half of the plants dry and dead. Too many other places that make it easier (and better) to buy your home and garden supplies. Wont return to this particular Menards.
