Micheal’s is clean and organized. They have 2 or 3 self checkouts which cuts down the “long” lines waiting to check out

I had an excellent experience with Sarah in the frame shop. She reframed some funky mirrors that I picked up at a flea market a few years back. She took the time to take them apart so we could assess what needed to be done. She also preserved some backing that had a stamp from the original manufacturer. I haven't been to Michael's in 3 years and the cost of everything was a shock. A lot of the things that were there to buy are not there anymore. The staff is still very nice.
