The entire experience was quick and smooth. The van was a newer model and drove wonderfully. Not like others that I have driven before. “Great personal, professional service. Needed a truck to pickup a large piece of furniture - Enterprise's online site directed me to Enterprise Truck.
Booked a smaller cargo van online - despite not having a van that size available, my reservation price for the smaller van was honored and I was given a larger van.
The location called to confirm my booking, clearly stated the rate and how everything would work. Then walked me through everything at pickup. And, finally, called again to confirm final rate that would be billed. There had been a mistake in billing, but it was immediately corrected...in person on the phone - very rare these days. Highly recommend.”
