“Great personal, professional service. Needed a truck to pickup a large piece of furniture - Enterprise's online site directed me to Enterprise Truck.
Booked a smaller cargo van online - despite not having a van that size available, my reservation price for the smaller van was honored and I was given a larger van.
The location called to confirm my booking, clearly stated the rate and how everything would work. Then walked me through everything at pickup. And, finally, called again to confirm final rate that would be billed. There had been a mistake in billing, but it was immediately corrected...in person on the phone - very rare these days. Highly recommend.”

“This isn't your average auto repair shop. If you're looking for a place to walk in and get service right away this may not be your spot. Raul works on appointments only and if you can work with that, this is where you need to bring your vehicle.

While maybe not the most amicable upon first impression, his knowledge and level of skill at his craft is at minimum, impressive.

I read a negative review and to address that, beware of a reviewer that only leaves negative reviews. It's very likely that they are actually the common denominator in their negative experiences.

One recommendation is that you give him a call, explain what's going on and then LISTEN to what he has to say. That could've probably cleared up a lot of confusion regarding the negative review referenced above.

I've had nothing but positive interactions and excellent service here. I recommend Raul to all of my friends and family in the area. If you're looking for an honest, reputable, and highly skilled mechanic, look no more.”

“Phoned and spoke with Barb and she was great. She actually answered the phone in a pleasant and professional manner, which the other two locations that I called before her did not, and were terrible with their phone etiquette. The entire experience was quick and smooth. The van was a newer model and drove wonderfully. Not like others that I have driven before. I would definitely recommend renting from this particular location.”

“Decided to rent a u-haul because we couldn't find a dolly a couple hours before a move. we were picking up a tendem bike from my father in law. we were able to reserve a van one hour before our pick-up time. we also filled out all of the information ahead of time so the pick-up process was so quick and smooth. while there i mentioned that we originally wanted a pick-up truck but didn't see any available. the person checking us in knew there was one on the lot and was able to quickly change our reservation. we had the truck for about 6 hours and returned the car after hours. the text portal made the drop-off super easy and i like how our price automatically updated from per mile to per day because we drove a pretty far distance. we will also be automatically charged for tolls which makes things easy, but I should have brought my i-pass. overall a really great experience and will definitely be renting from them again in the future.”
