“The repair of my old cell phone "Google Pixel XL" was excellent. There was an awkward situation during payment. The repairman gave me the phone and said: $202 for the repair. I told him that his manager ( Niel ) told me three days ago that cost for the repairs will be $119 plus tax for the repair and parts. The repairman did a check on some document, and I paid a total of $130.”

Mohammed, the tech explained what the repair is, and he had my phone at the time he said it would be ready. I think the service price was very reasonable and the service was first grade. “Brian was super helpful. He was very patient with us and answered every question we had and was letting us know what phone were better than the next and why. He also gave us great deals for cases and glass protector.We went to a metro that was on 75th. Asked how much a phone was the guy told us one price then we were told a total different price for the same for after asking about a few other ones. Was so happy we decided against the one on 75th street.”

“I ordered a phone online and picked it up at this store. I had the phone less than 48 hours but it was defective and I returned it for an exchange. From the beginning and through to the very end, Shanette was spectacular. Because the phone was defective, I did not have to pay the $50 restocking fee which, at a different corporate Verizon store, I was told was a mandatory policy. Shanette got me set up with a new, working phone and took care of activation and transfer and all of the things I could never do myself. She also took care of sending the defective phone back for me. Shanette is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and she has a great sense of humor. She fixed a really inconvenient situation for me quickly and efficiently. Five stars for SHANETTE!”

“So Diana had this crazy customer.... Extremely pushy and didn't listen to the 5 or 6 times she patiently tried to explain the situation. She was polite in every exchange with this customer... went the extra mile to ensure him on the process.... Yet this guy did not want to listen... or accept her polite response. I say here in utter amazement at how polite... yet firm.... Even apologized for the confusion and the customer still wouldn't let up. She maintained her composure the entire 15 minutes he attempted to berate her and tell how she was wrong. This was the perfect example of how retain customers. Because of Diana I will continue to frequent this location!!! She was excellent!!! She handled my daughters upgrade with such grace... we laughed and it was super fast. She made us feel extremely comfortable! You've got a rockstar on your hands.”
