While assisting me with activating my phone, Zoe was also in the process of training another employee. During this time, a customer entered the store and began speaking to him in a very disrespectful manner. What stood out to me the most was the way Zoe handled the situation. Despite the unnecessary hostility, he remained calm, composed, and respectful throughout the entire interaction.
Even while managing multiple responsibilities at once, Zoe continued to ensure that I received the assistance I needed. He took the time to thoroughly explain the activation process, answered my questions with clarity, and made certain that my phone was fully set up and functioning properly before I left the store. At no point did I feel rushed or overlooked, which speaks volumes about his dedication to customer care.
In today’s environment, it is not always common to encounter such a high standard of professionalism and patience in customer service. Zoe demonstrated excellent communication skills, strong leadership while training another employee, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Great guy, I went in with anything/everything I knew about current deals, sales, and promotions. He gave me an awesome trade in-value on the S22 in exchange for the S26 Ultra.

Walked me through every promotion, and offer available and even those that are in-store specific.

Walked out with a nice new phone, great deal in the screen protector, and case. Even saved me 15bucks a month on my Single Phone service. The deal would have been even better if I added the Home Internet Service.

As of now, if Erick is not the sales representative when I walk-in , I will most likely wait for a day that he is on shift or available to help me with anything I need.

I also had bad gas at the time, and he handled it very professionally ... 😆

“THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING. Let me explain so when me and my dad got there there was this very nice lady who helped us and told us her opinion. We taught that it was not worth spending 170 in a fix phone. But my dad still checked in Amazon to see prices and WE FOUND OUT THEY GAVE US A GREAT DEAL. So when we got back in we told her that it was good and she also offered us a 20-30 dollar discount. We are still waiting for the phone cause we just dropped and we’re getting it tomorrow. “I came in today, needing my younger brothers phone needing service on it, Eddie and the Bolingbrook store, got the service on the phone very quickly, I also asked about getting service on another phone for me, he said bring it in and week get it going, I went back to the store just about an hour later, and yet again he put service on my phone very quickly, and he had WONDERFUL customer service, he knew exactly what I was looking for when I came in both times and very much successfully had a few happy customers, when I explained how my visit went, the people I told were like WOW !
