The entire experience was quick and smooth. The van was a newer model and drove wonderfully. Not like others that I have driven before. “This place was awesome. The assistant manager gave me great service. She was patient and answered all my questions. Even let me know the vehicle was just returned so it hadn’t been cleaned (it was a holiday weekend) and offered me other options if I preferred. Super nice team and no surprise fees!”
