Booked a smaller cargo van online - despite not having a van that size available, my reservation price for the smaller van was honored and I was given a larger van.
The location called to confirm my booking, clearly stated the rate and how everything would work. Then walked me through everything at pickup. And, finally, called again to confirm final rate that would be billed. There had been a mistake in billing, but it was immediately corrected...in person on the phone - very rare these days. Highly recommend.”
