“Excellent driver's lounge with comfortable couches and restroom. I usually wait inside, air conditioning for the summer, heated for the winter. Sometimes done unloading in 15 minutes, sometimes takes 2 hours.”

“I’ve been here twice and only on Saturdays, the lot is big, plenty of room to maneuver, the security guard has his tasks wired tight, is courteous and polite, and the snow removal crew does a hell of a job here keeping things clear and salted down. Great work.”
“Always Busy warehouse. If you get door between 2-8 you will be wait line. Because that doors always busy. Doors 14-15 is fast. In shipping office there is no specific employee who is responsible for shipping/receiving. You have to wait until someone is free”

Appointment base (1 hr early to check in) does not mean you'll get loaded or unloaded.
Walk in take a seat if the window is closed (blk dude ppl talkin about) he'll open his window and call you... Unloaded in 1. 3 hr full van”
“Guard, Tiajuana, was kind. Shipping office was kind. Got a door at 0905 for a 1000 appt. Loader came out amd greeted me and was kind. It’s 0930 and I’m getting loaded. Not sure what others experienced, but this place is legit. My broker mentioned long wait times due to Halloween, but that’s not what I’m experiencing. The only negative, and it’s not even bad, is having to blindside into the dock, but I’d say there’s enough room to go turnaround if you wanted to.”
