“I met Christie, (a store manager) and she was the most sweetest and helpful person you could meet. Her store had a very nice collection of merchandise and was very neat and clean. She was the ONLY ONE who told me how to access my rewards and thoroughly explained them whereas the other stores I shopped didn't bother. It's people like her that make me smile and feel appreciated as a customer, especially one that will refer others and return being satisfied with the amount of professionalism that she had given.”
“I went to exchange a pair of shoes; Yazmine checked the system and saw there was one pair left in the store. She went above and beyond by helping me look for the pair and checked the back so I wouldn’t leave empty handed. Keep in mind she was in another department. If sales associates were more like her, they’d probably be able to sell more. She was also super friendly. Thank you for helping me find the shoes I wanted!! :)”

I will definitely be returning to that store any time I need to go to Loft (and probably only on Tuesdays.) The clothes were all neat and the store was very clean. “I love visiting this location. The staff is always so friendly. They greet you when you walk in the door like you are a valued customer! I came shoe shopping today, but I always find the most adorable outfits too, great skincare products and nick nacks for around the house. This is the one place where I can actually find lingerie that is stylish, in a variety of colors and made for thick ladies. I'm a huge fan of Betty Boop and Bebe's and they always have something new that I can add to my collection.”
“Love the location of this h and m for sure. They also have great options for clothing and good deals. It may be on the smaller end but that doesn’t mean they don’t have bad options for women and men. The staff here I’ve never had an issue with and are nice. We found some pretty great deals here.5/5 recommend”
