I also visited the cosmetic and fragrance counters during my lunch time at noon but unfortunately only 1 person was available to assist and she was busy with other customers.”

She was the ONLY ONE who told me how to access my rewards and thoroughly explained them whereas the other stores I shopped didn't bother.
