“Was a great experience customer service woman was fantastic help me out with my expired Kohl's cash. Very friendly staff they should be paid more. I saw many staff members running around the store and dealing with multiple issues. Kohl's management does not put enough people on the floor it's amazing within the past few years how diminished the amount of employees are in the stores. Corporate CEO makes sick money and the people working the floor make next to nothing and then they pushed these credit cards on people way too much. I've even seen them push it on employees I hate to say it. But the experience you'll get shopping in this Kohl's is a good one all things desire clean bright wallet organized and friendly staff.”

“We had the very BEST experience with Myrna! Thank you a million times Myrna for making the “Mother of the Groom” experience so very enjoyable! Myrna suggested many dresses and styles that she felt would be great and she did not disappoint! She has great communication skills, knowledge about different designers, along with the fabrics and trends in the wedding industry. As an added benefit she was very warm, friendly and has a sweet sense of humor resulting in making the entire experience a lot of fun!! We never felt that we had a time constraint or were rushed or pressed to buy. We came three times to the shop and at each visit, Myrna gave us her full attention! “Absolutely FABULOUS store - a true GEM in downtown Naperville. Ginger and her staff are just FANTASTIC - SO helpful and knowledgeable; the kind of attentive customer service you simply don't find anymore. My wife and I spent an hour plus there today, and Ginger came up with SO many great suggestions for outfits - things my wife tried on that she never would have, that ended up looking INCREDIBLE. And the prices are GREAT! Truly unique stuff as well - not the generic and boring mass-produced stuff you'll find at the bigger national-chain boutiques in town. “Five stars. Went here to pick up a Christmas gift. The store has a good selection of women's clothing, accessories like jewelry and purses, baby gifts, and decor. When checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offer a free gift wrapping (at least, during the holidays). The present came wrapped up in a nice box, complete with tissue paper, a fabric red ribbon, and a decorative ornament on top. Great local business!”

“I went to visit this store to check out their bras. Since I normally purchased my bras from Ashley Stewart. When i walked into the store, it was very neat, perfect lighting, and a huge bra selection. Much greater than AS. I was greeted by a young lady who was very pleasant and helpful. She suggested doing measurements before we began looking at bras. Of course, my size had changed. She made a suggestion as to the kind i should try and let me tell you. IT WAS PERFECT. My size was not available in the store, so she ordered the bra online for me. With the option to pick up at the store or have it delivered to my address. We did run into a small problem with making the payment, but the manager on shift that day was very creative and amazing.”

“We always find good things at Hot Topic. This was quite a small location but everyone there was really nice and helpful. Clothes were tried on and many other items were shopped for. They had some really nice new Nightmare before Christmas merchandise that I wished I could get. Usually when we're shopping it's the kids who are buying things and they did find some items they wanted while we were there. I'm also a fan of all the Lilo & Stitch merchandise that I can run across. The store is definitely one of the highlights of the entire mall.”

The women here are very accommodating and helpful when it comes to certain styles working or not for the individual. Highly recommend this location, as I had bad fittings at other locations. They actually took back the ill fitting bras and applied the money towards the new purchases.”
