Hours: I am a yoga therapist. In 1996, I got trained in yoga from The Swami Vivekananda Center in India. In 2005, I got certified as yoga instructor from Lotus Yoga Center in Chicago area. In June 2022, I completed master's in science of yoga with specialization in yoga therapy from Vivekananda Yoga University, LA, USA. I have been teaching therapeutic yoga in Chicago area since 2005. Through extensive study, practice and experience, I hold the approach of yoga as a preventive and curative measure on different ailments. In a typical one hour session, I guide students through different therapeutic yoga poses, breathing exercises as well as meditation. I give yoga therapy sessions to help my clients manage their health conditions.
