“I normally don’t leave reviews however I feel obligated to leave one because of one of their employees named KC. This store is lucky to have him as an employee. I noticed he was friendly to everybody as soon as they walked in the door. My wife and I just adopted an 8 week old puppy and it has been an overwhelming experience at first however as I was checking out KC gave me some great advice and was very happy to do so. He’s an awesome guy and a phenomenal employee to that store.”

“As PETCO goes it is a PETCO..... What sets this one above others is the STAFF! I shop here often to keep my three furry friends happy and healthy.... And the staff here HELP every time..... Having an advanced age Dog I needed to find a suitable food for him.... A thought provoking conversation later sent me out the door with a food to try and after a week my old guy was looking better, smelling better and shedding a few pounds that made the Vet very happy and tell me to "Keep it up"..... Recently I had a grooming question and the manager of that shop walked me through everything I needed to know and even helped me pick out better tools to maintain my guys at home.... They work like a champ, the information she gave me was PERFECT and all three dogs are much happier for it! When the day ends this is the PETCO to stop at when you need advice and assistance.... If they don't know they find out and EVERYTHING they have said to me checks out with my Vet.....”

“I only gave 4 stars because the store can’t keep fish and supplies in stock! But the manager of the Bradley store is very professional and great with the customers, employee Robin has so much knowledge on fish and setting up aquariums! These 2 employees need taken care of so they don’t get a better offer somewhere else! Good employees are hard to find!!”
