“As PETCO goes it is a PETCO..... What sets this one above others is the STAFF! I shop here often to keep my three furry friends happy and healthy.... And the staff here HELP every time..... Having an advanced age Dog I needed to find a suitable food for him.... A thought provoking conversation later sent me out the door with a food to try and after a week my old guy was looking better, smelling better and shedding a few pounds that made the Vet very happy and tell me to "Keep it up"..... Recently I had a grooming question and the manager of that shop walked me through everything I needed to know and even helped me pick out better tools to maintain my guys at home.... They work like a champ, the information she gave me was PERFECT and all three dogs are much happier for it! When the day ends this is the PETCO to stop at when you need advice and assistance.... If they don't know they find out and EVERYTHING they have said to me checks out with my Vet.....”

“I would like to give a really big shout out to KYLEE !!! I was Having trouble with Fleas ! I just would not die, so my dear friend, Kylee with an extra e hooked up some stuff And it really worked good. Only problem is I almost killed my dog so I forgotten. I already put some flea stuff on him. That didn’t not work. And I could just see the Fleet walking all over him, so gave him a 2 of the other stuff. All that Work But now he needs a bath like an allergy bath. He’s been digging so much. He needs something to soothe his skin. And at one point I thought it killed him, but that girl helped me so much. She’s full of life and smiles, and she knows her stuff, so if anybody goes in there and sees KYLEE with a extra E, say hi what a good job you’ve done and PETSMART people should recognize her too. “I only gave 4 stars because the store can’t keep fish and supplies in stock! But the manager of the Bradley store is very professional and great with the customers, employee Robin has so much knowledge on fish and setting up aquariums! These 2 employees need taken care of so they don’t get a better offer somewhere else! Good employees are hard to find!!”
