“I stopped in last week looking for a new paior of boots. I had purchased Red Wings in the past that were very uncomfortable, so I was not optimistic I would find a pair but I decided to give it another try. Turns out I was not fitted properly.
Anlexandra was fantastic, she was able to get me fitted properly with the correct fitting safety boot, the proper insoles, and suggested some socks to pair with the boots. I've been wearing these boots for over a week now and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Not only the craftsmanship of the boots themselves, but also the knowledge and level of customer service by their employees is second to none. I have no issue paying a premium for a top notch product and excellent customer service you mostly do not get these days. Hats off to Alexandra for her assistance!”
