“Was looking for a comfortable, lightweight and well built bicycle at Dick's in Bourbonnais and was assisted by a young lady named Payton. I asked Payton if she assembled the bikes herself and she said yes. I jokingly asked if she does a goid job to which she humbly replied, "I do my best." I pointed out the Schwinn Fremont I liked and she told me it was a great bike. I told her I would like to buy it. This is where Payton won me over. Like buying a new car, she told me it would be about 10 minutes until she had the bike and paperwork ready. Yes I looked at some golf clubs while waiting but I could see what Payton was doing is airing up the tires, making sure the handlebars and seat were perfectly aligned and tightened. Basically taking pride in her job. How refreshing to see from a customer that works with grown adults that take no pride in much better paying jobs. Young Payton is a gem and I have high hopes for her future in whatever that is. And yes, I test rode my bike as soon as I got home and Miss Payton had everything working perfect.”

“I arrived to the river and realized I left my fishing rod at home! The drive back home was an hour long and bass pro shops was an hour away as well. I decided to go a couple minutes out and try this place instead of leaving the Kankakee area. I was pleasantly surprised! They have everything you could need here and reasonable prices. The guy is very friendly too! Saved my fishing trip.”
