  Pierre was wonderful, I was there last Sunday. He explained what I needed and got me set up quickly. Very patient and super friendly. Dell was working also, what a delight! Pleased with my service from the employees at this store.

  Yesterday, I posted my horrible experience at the Frankfort Branch. Today, I decided to try again at the Bourbonnais Branch. I am so happy that I did! Customer service was outstanding!   I had the best experience here. I went in to add my daughter to my plan and get her a phone. We left with that and more. A free Apple Watch!!!! I didn’t even know that we could get a free watch. Pierre made sure we got everything we were entitled to. The team there are so nice and helpful.
