“My washer broke unexpectedly and I travel for work/am out of town often. I just needed something cheap to get the job done for now and was unable to make it in to any stores in person during business hours. I called a nearby competitor first and they were unfriendly and pretty much unwilling to do any business over the phone to pay for and arrange delivery on a washer. I called Bade instead and the guy in sales who answered was extremely knowledgeable and told me what was cheap and reliable that they had in stock. He seemed confident and was very knowledgeable and stood behind the product he sells. He took payment over the phone and arranged removal of the old washer and delivery of the new one without any issues. New washer is in and it works great. Ill be using them for any appliance needs I have.”
“Lowes has changed a lot from the past for the better and having new workers but they still need more employees. But you can’t do much when it is the people that need apply for a job that offers a minimum wage of $13.50 per hour for those out of high school.”
