Super! Our refrigerator went out. Repair man came out and was honest about problem. We decided to replace instead of repair. Went to Franks and picked out a new one same day. It was delivered the next morning, hooked up and took old one away. We had a working fridge in less than 24 hrs!! Great job!

Frank’s has the best customer service and I have been a customer for 37yrs and have purchased all my appliances from them. 3 sets of washer/dryers, 2 stoves, 5 fridges(2 for extras in the garage) and 3 dishwashers.
