“I was having trouble with my other carrier and got tired of being lied to, can't call in and talk to a decent English speaking customer service agent, getting transferred to another department and it's the same department but a different person, being put on hold and the call is dropped. I go to the store and tell them the trouble I'm having so that person calls for me and the person he called hung up on him. That was the last straw for me! Boost is a lot smaller company and more down to Earth and saved my old number as well.”
