Went there for issues from a hacker. They told me to go to Best Buy because they aren't technicians? I went up the street to another Verizon and they fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes!

Did a trade with Verizon over the phone. They sent me confirmation that the phone was delivered to the store. Went to the store and they said it wasn't in. Showed the sales person the email with the confirmation. After refreshing his computer he checked the locker, loe and behold, it was there. Then we asked for help transferring the data between phones. They said yes, for $30. This is why the stock price sucks and why I don't like going to the store. They truly are not there too help, only to sell.

Going to any verizon will take up your time for some strange reason. This visit was time consuming but not as bad as other visits. At least we didn't need to wait to be served!

The management is unprofessional and is incapable of handling one disgruntled customer on issues they personally create. If the woman at the location down the road gets fired over this, i will be reporting this incident to the labor board for retaliation.

Stopped into the Verizon store this evening five minutes before closing. (I’m aware that can be a headache.) I was greeted politely, but despite nobody else (customers) being in the store and five different representatives standing inside, they told me they could not help me this evening because they had to lock their doors promptly at 8 PM. I’ve been to Verizon phone stores in the past, and they have had to stay later than closing hours multiple times in the past, and there was never an issue with that. I’ll be clear. This wasn’t horrible customer service, as I understand that people need to be places after work. However, I was stopping in to upgrade my phone, which means I would be spending more with them on a monthly basis. To me, it’s kind of hard to understand why they would want to turn business down since they had so many representatives there and I feel as though one could have stayed to help me simply switch out a phone Quickly. This is something I could have done online and none of the people in their store would have gotten commission for it, but I figured it would be faster to go in, in person, and have this taken care of so that someone could enjoy the benefits of the commission on this. All in all, I work in sales myself and while I wasn’t treated poorly; This was not a good representation of above and beyond service for customers. They were extremely respectful to me and told me to go ahead and do it online so I can pick the new phone up at a later date. Again, staying 15-20 minutes past 8 PM in my world of sales is something that can truly give a customer a reason to love the company they are working with. Food for thought.

The worst employees ever. Never in 10 years have I had a good experience. Now, because the employee couldn't be bothered to actually listen to me, I am out $1000 from my bank account, and I have to wait to see what happens. I will be writing the BBB and taking this place to court if I am out just ONE red cent. POS MFs If the owner actually cares, you can find my info on the report I will be filing.

I don't recommend going to this location. They are rude and unhelpful. Instead of helping a 77 year old, they sit you down at the desk and have you sit on the phone with overseas customer service to figure it out yourself. You go to another location, and they help you with everything and give you a temporary number so you're not without a phone for emergencies. Don't go to this location. They work on commission, if you're not making them money, they could care less about you. And that is how they truly make you feel.

I will never go back to this place. This place called me based on my shopping cart online. Not hating on that, it’s smart. The issue happened when we stepped into the store. Greeting was ok, but the rest of the experience was enough to cause me to go back home. A manager helped check us in and said someone would be with us at 2 pm or shortly after. I requested a restroom and was quickly told there was no public restroom and if I need a bathroom that he believed that Oberweis creamery was open and they had a restroom. He kindly informed me that I had plenty of time before 2 to travel over there and return.Since when did a paying customer start being considered “the public?” I’m sorry bro, I was about to spend a couple hundred dollars and you are telling me I’m not good enough to use a restroom? Not only am I not good enough lol he told me to patronize a store that did have a “public” restroom. That’s the problem with these businesses!I drove 40 mins to buy 2 cellphones and get information on how the new technologies work for parents. I didn’t come off the street to get warm or only use a restroom. How disrespectful!I definitely took the manager’s advice and used the restroom at the creamery, patronized their business since they so graciously allowed us the restroom, then I took my milkshake to my car and drove back home.See business owner… I didn’t need your employee or your brick and mortar business as my husband and I are intelligent enough to do all the things I needed online. I choose to patronize that store in hopes my sale would have gave an employee commission on my sale. I surely hope that someone reads this and chooses to change the way business is ran there.A paying customer isn’t “the public” this is a good teaching moment to reevaluate how that situation could have gone differently. Hopefully next time the opportunity presents itself, you don’t lose a sale due to a silly bathroom ?

We have been in the store multiple times with issues. They basically just told us to call customer service, which did nothing and then when our phones were turned off, we were flabbergasted. We went to a third-party Verizon store and they were able to find on her account within a short amount of time like ridiculously short. It only took about 50 seconds just 50 seconds can you believe it 50 seconds?. Within a few minutes, they were able to figure out what was wrong. The corporate store Instead of adding lines to an existing account, which had a phone and iPad, and an Apple Watch on it, and which would’ve given a substantial savings instead somehow a second sub account Was created, which should not have been created, which we didn’t agree upon neither verbally or contractually. The co-owner of the Account was told to leave because they said he was being rude when, in all reality, he was just informing them that they had made a mistake on our account somehow which at the time we didn’t know what the issue was because they didn’t even have the 50 seconds it would take to actually look and do some investigation. They notified them he had to leave the store and he couldn’t come back so I decided I would go in there with A clear head and try to be civil with them and notify them of their grave error. As soon as I entered the facility, the store manager, Walked up to me and said and refuse service to me, saying that he did not want me in his store, and that we had soured the workin Relationship. I kindly notified him that I had had no sour relationship at all. In fact, this is the first time I had spoken with this individual, and he threatened to call the police on me, saying that. No this sir i will call the police and then I did. I relayed all the information that I just relayed to you via Google to the police. I made a report and just a moment ago to sweeten the pot. I added a Better Business Bureau complaint report to mix. Can you please contact the store so that we can remedy this situation and you can salvage what little reputation you have left with all respect. May you have a wonderful New Year’s, and I look forward to speaking with the manager or the district manager.

So upon going to another store because these dbags kicked me out cause I was supposedly rude. So the other store found out what happened. These idiots created two separate accounts erroneously. I came in numerous times for you to figure out what happened and you didn’t catch it. So the store I’m at reported you to Verizon. I reported you to the BBB. I reported you to corporate myself. And I have the paperwork ready to file a police report with the Secretary of State. Tell your district manager to personally call me!!!!

Went in because of a hinge issue with my zfold4. Was expecting to get the runaround of "go here first" or "you have to contact xyz" but one of the team members, Eli to be exact, did a great job with helping me figure out what to do and even called me back as I was walking out after he thought of another solution. Saved me a lot of time and hassle. Thanks again Eli.
