The worst employees ever. Never in 10 years have I had a good experience. Now, because the employee couldn't be bothered to actually listen to me, I am out $1000 from my bank account, and I have to wait to see what happens. I will be writing the BBB and taking this place to court if I am out just ONE red cent. POS MFs If the owner actually cares, you can find my info on the report I will be filing.

I don't recommend going to this location. They are rude and unhelpful. Instead of helping a 77 year old, they sit you down at the desk and have you sit on the phone with overseas customer service to figure it out yourself. You go to another location, and they help you with everything and give you a temporary number so you're not without a phone for emergencies. Don't go to this location. They work on commission, if you're not making them money, they could care less about you. And that is how they truly make you feel.

I will never go back to this place. This place called me based on my shopping cart online. Not hating on that, it’s smart. The issue happened when we stepped into the store. Greeting was ok, but the rest of the experience was enough to cause me to go back home. A manager helped check us in and said someone would be with us at 2 pm or shortly after. I requested a restroom and was quickly told there was no public restroom and if I need a bathroom that he believed that Oberweis creamery was open and they had a restroom. He kindly informed me that I had plenty of time before 2 to travel over there and return.Since when did a paying customer start being considered “the public?” I’m sorry bro, I was about to spend a couple hundred dollars and you are telling me I’m not good enough to use a restroom? Not only am I not good enough lol he told me to patronize a store that did have a “public” restroom. That’s the problem with these businesses!I drove 40 mins to buy 2 cellphones and get information on how the new technologies work for parents. I didn’t come off the street to get warm or only use a restroom. How disrespectful!I definitely took the manager’s advice and used the restroom at the creamery, patronized their business since they so graciously allowed us the restroom, then I took my milkshake to my car and drove back home.See business owner… I didn’t need your employee or your brick and mortar business as my husband and I are intelligent enough to do all the things I needed online. I choose to patronize that store in hopes my sale would have gave an employee commission on my sale. I surely hope that someone reads this and chooses to change the way business is ran there.A paying customer isn’t “the public” this is a good teaching moment to reevaluate how that situation could have gone differently. Hopefully next time the opportunity presents itself, you don’t lose a sale due to a silly bathroom ?

We have been in the store multiple times with issues. They basically just told us to call customer service, which did nothing and then when our phones were turned off, we were flabbergasted. We went to a third-party Verizon store and they were able to find on her account within a short amount of time like ridiculously short. It only took about 50 seconds just 50 seconds can you believe it 50 seconds?. Within a few minutes, they were able to figure out what was wrong. The corporate store Instead of adding lines to an existing account, which had a phone and iPad, and an Apple Watch on it, and which would’ve given a substantial savings instead somehow a second sub account Was created, which should not have been created, which we didn’t agree upon neither verbally or contractually. The co-owner of the Account was told to leave because they said he was being rude when, in all reality, he was just informing them that they had made a mistake on our account somehow which at the time we didn’t know what the issue was because they didn’t even have the 50 seconds it would take to actually look and do some investigation. They notified them he had to leave the store and he couldn’t come back so I decided I would go in there with A clear head and try to be civil with them and notify them of their grave error. As soon as I entered the facility, the store manager, Walked up to me and said and refuse service to me, saying that he did not want me in his store, and that we had soured the workin Relationship. I kindly notified him that I had had no sour relationship at all. In fact, this is the first time I had spoken with this individual, and he threatened to call the police on me, saying that. No this sir i will call the police and then I did. I relayed all the information that I just relayed to you via Google to the police. I made a report and just a moment ago to sweeten the pot. I added a Better Business Bureau complaint report to mix. Can you please contact the store so that we can remedy this situation and you can salvage what little reputation you have left with all respect. May you have a wonderful New Year’s, and I look forward to speaking with the manager or the district manager.

So upon going to another store because these dbags kicked me out cause I was supposedly rude. So the other store found out what happened. These idiots created two separate accounts erroneously. I came in numerous times for you to figure out what happened and you didn’t catch it. So the store I’m at reported you to Verizon. I reported you to the BBB. I reported you to corporate myself. And I have the paperwork ready to file a police report with the Secretary of State. Tell your district manager to personally call me!!!!

Went in because of a hinge issue with my zfold4. Was expecting to get the runaround of "go here first" or "you have to contact xyz" but one of the team members, Eli to be exact, did a great job with helping me figure out what to do and even called me back as I was walking out after he thought of another solution. Saved me a lot of time and hassle. Thanks again Eli.

Very nice and helpful. They were very busy the day I went in and they did things reactively fast for how many people were there.

The only good news here is that this store is a “company” store operated by Verizon rattan than a franchisee.I would strongly suggest that you make an appointment if you really want to visit this place. You’ll be immediately greeted at the door where you will deposit your name and find a seat if there is one available. Similar to a restaurant that is very busy and doesn’t care if you stay or go, you can watch other customers be called and anticipate your turn. My cardiologist’s office is a little faster. There are plenty of devices on display and colorful advertising to amuse the kids, but no pricing is to be found anywhere.Sales personnel seem to be unsure of promotions and deals, so expect numerous annoying consultations with other associates until a manager is found that can help.No restrooms for pesky customers are available, so don’t ask.I found, after visiting this place for my own needs, as well as family members, that you need to do your research carefully and double check everything. Internet deals, TV offers, and print advertisements need to be printed or copied when possible and presented in the store if you really must go in this place. After an hour in live chat, it was two hours more to upgrade a phone on my family plan. Buying a car is easier.A root canal is more pleasant and less expensive.Verizon does have excellent coverage and call quality in my experience.Their customer service is sparkly but evaporates when used.

If I could do a negative rating, I would. Had a rep that acted like he was doing me a favor, upgrading my phone. Offered me a watch as part of their promo, now I find out it wasn't free. I've been paying on it all this time. He said, making this switch will actually lower my bill. I was paying about $60/month. Now I'm paying $140. They will rip you off if they can.

We went to this location to add a new line to our plan, as we've been going to this storefront for over 10 years! We went in 15 minutes prior to closing time and no one came to us and asked what we needed. They, all 4 or 5 men, never even moved. It wasn't until we said what we needed. They proceeded to tell us that we can buy a phone, but they would not be able to help us with anything else and would need to set up an appointment to come back. Ridiculous. Their business is sales. We will not be visiting this location anymore. We proceeded to the next Verizon TCC store up the road on RT 50, we were in and out in 20 minutes, new phone and new line added! If you are looking for any help, do NOT visit this storefront.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I asked Joshua to transfer my data on my phone before swapping my Sim card. It was an insurance replacement and taking the sim card makes my old phone go black. I told him that. He said yeah yeah I know what I'm doing. He took out my Sim card and of course my phone goes black. Then he said he could not transfer my data because of the black screen and sent me over to asurion. They told me it would be $ 150 to fix my screen. So now I have to pay even more money to get my phone information transferred because of Joshua's screw up. Extremely unprofessional and terrible service

I’ve always been a loyal customer to the Bradley location. Everyone has been nice over the years. After my experience this morning with the manager there, I will never be coming back after many years. Was told that I could not return a defected phone (screen went black, no cracks, no scratches, it was a pixel fold phone). Manager said my o my option was to call customer service because he “can’t do anything from a store level without reporting a $1800 loss). After 10 mins of speaking to customer care they said this was not true and they are a corporate store and they have the ability to take the phone back. Customer care sent me a link to a return label and told me to drop it at UPS. Keep in mind I also had bought my wife a phone, a new watch, two wireless chargers, a new speaker, and new Google wireless pods.

I previously went to a Verizon in Champaign and it was terrible. They tried to up sale everything. This Verizon, in Kankakee, was fantastic. The staff were perfect!

Sales rep was scrolling through texts on his smart watch while helping me after he knew I was upset with all the time I had already wasted. Extremely disappointed in this location as well as the entire Verizon company. I went down to TMobile and was at home an hour later with a working home internet device. In total I spent over 6 hours on the phone and at this Verizon location. A huge waste of time.

This is my second experience that just wasn’t thrilled, both times I have had them check people in before myself when I clearly am standing there waiting, and today checked in saying just need to buy a phone case.. why did i stand there for more the 30 min all while the manager and another employee where conversing when i could have simply been checked out… i had to finally ask for help and was late back to work… the manager needs to attend more to the costumers instead of him waiting for a sales person to free up!!
