They discussed the issue I had and we agreed on a plan to proceed. The technician was quick and thorough. Problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. “On my way through town I was getting an alert that my car was overriding and to idle it immediately. It was getting dark, 25 degrees and I have two little kids in the back. I pulled into the gas station to try and check coolant levels myself and noticed the shop across the street, it didn’t appear open but I called the number out of panic. Sam answered the phone and was so kind to help. He told me exactly what to pickup in the gas station and then had me come over so he could look at it. Off duty he ran in and out to get what he needed to get my car up and going. He was kind, and explained things to me in terms i understood. He sent me on my way with instructions on if it were to happen again before I got home. The task may have felt simple to him, but felt like he was a guardian angel tonight. So incredibly thankful and although I’m not exactly an Elwood local, they now have my business with trustworthy & honest service! Thank you!”

This was a panic situation because they had no idea where they were. Jeff assured me we were in good hands and he would have someone there shortly. “I was so lucky to have found this GEM of a place in such a small town. The onwer is a one of a kind honest straight shooter. I was told by a bunch of other shops that it was going to cost me 7000 minimum to get my car fixed. when I called Jim, he told me to bring it in and he would take a look and definitely beat their prices if it was doable and that's exactly what he did by a couple of thousand dollars. I am beyond grateful. Also on top of it, he even did an oil change and didn't charge me for it. If I could give him more then 5 stars I would. I recommend this place to any and everyone.”

“Warren and his team truly saved the day when I was in a bind! A dealership had incorrectly replaced my air conditioner cover, and it came loose and started dragging on the highway. I still had a long drive ahead of me to reach my final destination, and I’m so grateful I happened to find Warren’s shop.
