“On a 7 week road trip and we needed a quick oil change. We arrived in town at 2:30 made our way thru traffic and arrived around 3ish. Had to leave in the morning for another city. They gladly took us in and completed the oil change. The staff was all so friendly.”
“Tire Tracks of Wilmington IL was able to get my 2016 Ford Edge in super fast. Thirty minutes after I called explaining the problem it was in process of being fixed. They discussed the issue I had and we agreed on a plan to proceed. The technician was quick and thorough. Problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. They followed up after I left to make sure I was satisfied with their service. I definitely will return in the future and recommend them to others as well.”

“I was so lucky to have found this GEM of a place in such a small town. The onwer is a one of a kind honest straight shooter. I was told by a bunch of other shops that it was going to cost me 7000 minimum to get my car fixed. when I called Jim, he told me to bring it in and he would take a look and definitely beat their prices if it was doable and that's exactly what he did by a couple of thousand dollars. I am beyond grateful. Also on top of it, he even did an oil change and didn't charge me for it. If I could give him more then 5 stars I would. I recommend this place to any and everyone.”
