“Great facility with a little room for improvement. The staff at this gym creates a welcoming atmosphere and consistently greets me when checking in. The facility is well-maintained, with a clean workout area and spotless women's locker room. I particularly appreciate that equipment is properly serviced and kept in good working order.
I'm giving four stars instead of five due to the hours of operation. Extended hours like opening earlier in the morning and closing later in the evening, would make this gym more accessible for members with varying schedules.”
“Love Coalition! Great staff! Excellent community! Nice space with plenty of equipment for everyone! I've been to multiple HIIT-type gyms in the past, and this is definitely one of the best. Thanks to Cole and the entire team for making it a great place to workout and connect!”

“I've known Coach Alex and Dania for about 8 years now, and I can't forget to mention Rudy and Khalid! I've trained with them on and off throughout the years, and I always find myself coming back. From the moment you walk into the gym, they make you feel like family and genuinely care about helping you get better! Their knowledge, experience, and teaching ability are truly top-notch. Whether you're just starting your Jiu Jitsu journey or looking to take your training to the next level, you're in great hands here! I would give them 10 out of 10 stars! P.S. Dont tell them when it's your Birthday ??”

“My experience at Fit Code has been very welcoming so far! The workouts are just the right amount of challenge I need! The instructors are very patient and take the time to modify if requested.”
“312Fit is more than a gym. It’s a true community where you believe, belong, and become. The energy is high, the workouts are challenging and adaptable for all fitness levels, and the coaches and members are motivating and inspiring.
I absolutely love the 24-hour access and that it’s within walking distance from home. It truly feels like a gym that was meant for me. I love my gym family so much.
Brian and Laura, you built something special here. Thank you.”
“I moved from Ireland to Chicago for 1 year and joined this gym. It’s a brilliant gym with a really fun community to train with. Very nice and friendly was really comfortable entering for first time. They are well equipped and the workouts are brilliant. Would highly recommend this CrossFit gym to anyone new or experienced in CrossFit, they cater to all levels.”
“Dr.Ryan is so knowledgeable. He has an evidence approach (labs)to functional medicine. But also thinks outside the box.He treats everyone individually, listens and shares helpful information about overall health.”
“Great workouts! I love how you can track your progress on benchmarks. I also love how you can see how many calories you’re burning and splat points you’ve earned during the class. Staff and instructors are great. 2G classes are my favorite.”

“This gym is great. It’s smaller with a more intimate and modern feel on the inside that definitely tries to cater to the people living in the city. Was the $40 day pass a little expensive? Yes. However, true gym goers only buy day passes when they need to pay for the convenience of being able to still get in a lift when they can’t go to their own gym. This gym was great for me because I could walk 15 minutes from where I work and it was significantly closer than any other gyms in the areas. It’s a smaller space but there’s PLENTY of equipment to hit your essential lifts. It’s downtown Chicago, so don’t expect the size of an LA or Lifetime.
This is just a PSA for anyone looking to use the showers. The one on the left (if facing both showers) did take quite a few minutes for the water to get hot. Multiple factors could have played into this and I ended up just sticking it out and taking a cold shower due to time constraints. It DID get hot eventually. Overall, this did not impact my experience at MODE whatsoever. I would go again if I needed to and would recommend this location to anyone who needed a quick lift if they were in the area.”
“This place is a sick old style gym.
Has lots of barbells, enough racks, maybe too much cardio. Only saw one deadlift zone and it seem tight for space. But it's still a great gym
Cheap daypass.”
“I have been part of CrossFit for over 3 years, and it's a wonderful community with great instructors.
I joined the nutrition program and I'm grateful for Coach Estefania’s guidance in understanding a healthy lifestyle, being mindful of our dietary choices, and their impact on our bodies. Taking small steps can make a significant and HUGE difference.
Comparing my blood before starting the nutrition plan and after was eye-opening. My glucose levels are normal, as well as the AST and ALT levels for my fatty live. ❤️?”

“A very nice place to exercise and if you need support you can count on them, apart from a pleasant atmosphere, very clean and good facilities to do any routine ????♀️”
“When I decided to make the commitment to becoming a better version of myself, I was 265lbs standing around 6’4”. My life was out of control as far as my physical and mental health was concerned and I knew if I loved the people around me as well as myself that I would do something about this and fast! Fast forward to the present and I am now 190lbs, still standing at 6’4”, but feeling stronger and better than I have ever felt in my entire life! And if it wasn’t for the motivation, the encouragement, the direction I was given when I signed up with O2 fitness and nutrition, I would have been in some serious trouble. Paola and Matt have taught me so much about my body, physically and mentally through exercise and nutrition. And this whole journey was never about finding that next quick fix- lose weight fast kind of thing, it was truly learning how to implement a New life style for me that’ll benefit my health so I can always be there for my wife and family. So as far as reviews go, if you’re finding yourself struggling with committing to changing your life for the better, put your trust in O2 Fitness and Nutrition where they genuinely care about your personal goals and development!”

“If I miss a class at Southside Knockout, I don’t just miss the workout; I miss the camaraderie and the people. It’s the perfect mix of fun and hard work. The ownership is fantastic, and the trainers are AMAZING. It’s more than a workout. It’s a community that keeps you coming back.”
“I’m out of town and I decided to come to this gym and use a day pass today. The price was very reasonable compared to the other gyms that were asking at least $40 or required a membership. I had a great experience here because it was very clean and neat, the staff and atmosphere were really nice, and they had really good equipment for all kinds of exercise. I would definitely come back when I revisit :)”

“RC Fitness has helped me make the most impactful changes to my health. The owner Ross and the other coaches are extremely knowledgeable and actively monitor form and technique which, as a person with hypermobility, has been critical to keep me safe. This gym is very inclusive of people from a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels. Everyone is so supportive of each other. They build weekly workout plans that help encourage you safely toward new goals. Strongly recommend.”

“I recently joined Anytime Fitness on Monday 4/27 and I have already had a great experience. Bobby and Marcus made the sign up process simple, clear, and easy with no hidden fees.
I also met Teresa, one of the personal trainers, who was very sweet and welcoming, and Jim, the manager, who took time to talk with me about my goals. That really made me feel comfortable right away.
The gym is only five minutes from me and the 24 hour access using the key fob or app is super convenient. One of my favorite features is the treadmill area with privacy screens. As someone who values personal space while working out, that was a huge selling point for me.
Overall, the gym is affordable, clean, and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I already feel at home here and I am really happy I decided to join.”
“Very kind front desk staff, the older gentleman always is chipper and has a smile on his face when I have any questions, or when I purchase my smoothie and chips before OT/PT in the therapy section of the gym
On a side note, the occupational and physical therapists are all very kind people, and will work with you to get you better.
They are happy to chat as well, and keep me on track if I get too talkative. I'm very bad with names, but there's 2 occupational therapists I really enjoy working with, both kind ladies. Nick is a fantastic physical therapist, you're in great hands with him, especially.
All around, a great place, I can't wait to go to the class they offer after therapy. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to afford the gym membership
10/10
Edited to give the female OT therapists some love too. Their names are Morgan and Michelle
I've worked with others here, too, they are all awesome, but these 3 stand out! Thank y'all for making recovery easier and manageable 💕”

“So far, so good.
The biggest win here is how light the crowd is in the mornings — a huge difference compared to city gyms. You can actually get your workout in without waiting on machines or feeling rushed.
Planet Fitness has everything you need for a solid sweat and an efficient workout. While there’s no sauna or steam room (which is standard for PF locations), the gym is well-equipped for getting in, getting out, and staying consistent.
If you’re looking for a no-frills gym with minimal morning traffic and all the essentials, this location gets the job done.”

“Orange Theory has become a part of my self care routine. I'm not a gym person , but I absolutely love the variety the classes offer. I have gone from going just twice a week to being obsessed and going 4-5 times.”
“I have an unlimited membership at orange theory fitness, but i'm a member in indiana. I enjoy my unlimited membership because it allows me to travel and take classes everywhere, like dropping into this location. And let me tell you, this location is extra special. They get everything first. From updates, weighted vest to this updated cool new look that has literally changed the workout experience. I really hope that they bring these new weights to every studio. Basically at every station you have every single weight you could possibly want. There is no need to go find different weights at another station. There will never be anyone in your station asking to borrow your weights. They have tablets on the floor for certain classes that allow you to track your workout. Literally to help you lift better and smarter. They also have two massage guns at every station... You read that right. I wish this was my home studio. But for now, I will just have to be a visitor whenever I am close by.”
“What a gem of gym? I've had a number of gym memberships from the low cost Planet Fitness-type gyms of the world to the fancy-pants FFC's of the world and its no competition, Ferrara Pan Fitness Factory is my favorite hands down for a number of reasons:#1 its just a really cool, industrial yet modern gym. Portraits of great athletes and service-folks line the walls. I feel like Rocky Balboa when I walk in.#2 its not a chain, its local: the staff really care about its success. They keep it really clean.#3 family oriented: Kids are welcome. Many kids taking boxing classes while mom or dad is working out.#4 the variety and diversity of people that workout (the members): a variety of fitness-levels from professional body-builders to boxers to just moms and dads and their kids trying to loose some weight. Young people, old people, men, women, and children. It's just a gem.#5 all the trainers are so nice and so helpful and just amazing whether or not you are training with them or not#6 all the classes are amazing (boxing can be intimidating for beginners but they make the experience super welcoming)#7 tons of resistance training equipment: racks, benches, tons of free-weights, essential machines, just a ton of room, machines, and equipment for just about every exercise you need to do. They even have a set of gymnastics rings hanging from the ceiling with plenty of space to do whatever.#8 tons of cardio equipment: Regular treadmills, curved no-motor treadmills, 2 types of bikes (some with rowing), row machines, pull-down row machines, plenty of jump ropes, weighted vests and you won't believe how many heavy bags are available: you can even borrow boxing gloves to hit the bags with.#9 a full-size boxing ring. Yes, an actual professional ring.#10 opens early (4AM)#11 reasonably priced#12 It's a hidden gem: You can't tell from the outside how big the place is inside.”

“Love this place! Old school, lots of weights- plus everybody is super nice and very respectful. I feel very safe coming here as a woman and get a great workout in each time. No frills gym and can’t beat the prices! Shoutout to Don for keeping this place going.”
“I came to USA Gym wanting to build a stage-worthy physique.
Chuck heard that and immediately declared war on my body.
Now I’m stronger, my glutes have their own zip code, and my grocery bill is 90% chicken.
Five stars. 10/10. 2 thumbs up. Highly recommend.
Also Michelle is a bombshell and is my gym crush.”
