“We were very concerned going into this as it was our first professional move and online reviews for movers are terrible. Researched and got estimates from several companies. Brian Stantosdefano with National Van Lines did a virtual walk through with us and gave us a weight and distance estimate (no Cubic Feet). He also worked with us as we made adjustments adding and removing items from the list based with on stuff we would take ourselves. Brian provided updated estimates each time. In the end we came in under weight and got a small refund. We were also guaranteed a maximum price if we did go over weight. No broken or missing items and movers had to use shuttles at both ends of the move as semi-trucks could not access.”

Samuel, the driver who delivered our pods in Decatur, GA, was fantastic - he did an outstanding job maneuvering the truck into our apartment complex. The Des Plaines, IL facility staff were also very helpful in ensuring we could get to our things right away. 10/10 and would love to use U-Pack for my next move!”
“Igor and his team were absolutely incredible.
I had a multitude of problems coordinating with my shipper for a few machines that weighed over a ton combined. Trying to schedule with Igor and his team in the meantime, the truck with my delivery showed up unexpectedly.
Igor and his team made it out on extremely short notice within 30 minutes of me calling him for help, by the time I got to my facility, they already had the crew and forklift set to move my machine into my new facility. His crew was quick, efficient, and above all safe.
I would give them 10 stars if I could, and I could not recommend them enough to others. Please call Igor when you’re looking for your next Machinery move!”
“I gotta say these guys are top notch! They did two moves for me and my girfriend. Moved, stored and delivered her household goods from Chicago NW side to our new home in Woodstock,IL at the end of June. Then moved my 2 BR apt in Des Plaines to Woodstock as well last weekend of July. I had some large furniture, electronics and a safe- all arrived without any issues. They did an awesome job with just 3 guys and the truck. They're quick, professional, treat your stuff with care and respect and at a fair price. Most definitely recommend them!”
