Had a box a few years, moved out of the area, cancelled my mailbox. Even though I contacted all vendors and people that would mail me anything, some continued to show up at Lockbox. Since not a huge corporate place Jackie called me when a wedding invitation showed up more than 1 month after I was no longer a customer. That's great customer service, thanks to Jackie..
