“Very easy rental. I was able to use a “self service” type approach which allowed me a no pressure experience while deciding on the right space for the right price. Thank you all for making this rental so easy. Melissa answered my call promptly. I let her know right off the bat that I was in a pickle and needed unexpected space immediately for a short time. Melissa answered all my questions while also making the whole experience soooo very easy. My phone kept hanging up because of my service and she was very patient about this issue, never showing any frustration. I need space from time to time but never usually keep it more than a couple months, however I think I’ll be keeping this unit for a while because of the price, location and the great customer service experience. “I'd like to say I've had an excellent experience with this company and me and my family were on hard times and Riverbend storage worked with me and was patient with my payments after I had fallen a little bit behind. One day a car crashed into the gate and they had it repaired the very next day. Great place and I will definitely use them again should I ever need storage space.”
