“They have their own brand of affordable organic CBD oil with delish terpenes added and I love it. It's got a citrus vibe going. They also have cool CBD things like bath bombs, balms etc.
The owner is nice and helpful too.
Cute clean store to shop for various smoking things and bedroom things if that's your thing. They offer a THCa preroll menu too.”
“My first time at Him & Her Vintage was for my book club meet up. It is such a beautiful space. You walk in and you feel at home.
When it came time to plan my Sister-in-Law's baby sprinkle, I knew I wanted to have it here. Thankfully, the day I had in mind was available. As soon as the guests arrived, they complimented the space and decor. I didn't have to do much besides set up food and games.

The dress selection was fabulous, Cathy's knowledge and expertise was invaluable, the prices were fair (better than I expected with the detailing of the dresses), and the hospitality was top tier. I picked out a dress I hadn't expected to love and I LOVED it. I had gone to a different boutique first and left feeling uninspired. Cathy placed and reclipped every dress I tried on multiple times in multiple ways so I could see exactly how the design of the dress would fit my body (from the front, side, and back). “If I walk in here, I’m spending money. On what? Who knows. Maybe some German hard candies, maybe some weird and sweet cards, maybe a Moomin cross-body bag. Maybe I take a picture of some adorable sugar/coffee/tea jars and forever lament not actually buying them, as I’ve never seen them in stock again.
It’s sort of weird to have a store that has such a diverse array of products, as it means I most commonly go in if I’m looking for a unique gift or just walking by and have time to kill. But I never regret it, and I think you’ll find something here you like, too.”

The owner curates this so well — whether you’re a fashionista that can put a outfit together from the rack or someone who needs the owner’s expertise to put an outfit together, the space is welcoming and has something for everyone. I love their array of trinkets as well and typically buy my candles and small kitchen items from here. Definitely worth going out of your way to shop at one of the best boutiques in the city.”

“A perfect place for a birthday party! It's very light and airy and the space is immaculate! We had my granddaughter's birthday party there yesterday and we could not be happier!! The area where the children play is very visible so parents can relax and enjoy themselves and the toys are very high quality. The owner Nina was fantastic and even helped my daughter set up for the party! She went above and beyond in every way. If I could give this business more than 5 stars, I certainly would not hesitate to do so!”
“Ahhh…’V3’, as I affectionately refer to it. Our La Grange visits are never quite complete until I step through their shop door. It’s such a lovely place to shop for something one-off. And the owner/manager is always ready with a warm, wonderful + welcoming smile. It stocks a bit of everything that delights the eye. It has unique wall art-to-heart + clothing, ceramics and jewelry, etc.
They say it’s all about the experience + this whimsical shop provides it and then some.”

My wife, Pat, went to make a purchase at L.L. Bean this morning but had to park a block away because you are now charging for what used to be free parking
She texted 3 photos of the nearly empty parking lot adjacent to where she wanted to shop.
I believe you are doing your tenants a disservice.
The majority of the public will be changing their shopping habits and go elsewhere to make their purchases.
That is why we do not shop in downtown Chicago or anywhere is Chicago where they charge for street parking
Locksmiths, dry cleaners, small restaurants, novelty shops etc on Chicago streets have suffered financial loss because their customers will not pay for parking and end up shoping elsewhere
More and more people are shopping on line and charging for parking at shopping centers makes this option even more convenient and affordable
2nd Message to Oakbrook Management:
My wife did park elsewhere and walk to L.L. Bean to make a return. She said the sales staff were very unhappy about the charge for parking, the parking lot was almost vacant and they had very few customers.
My wife told them that in the future she will order on line.
After shopping she would normally have lunch with her friends at one of your restaurants but because of the parking issue decided to go elsewhere for lunch”

“The store does have some unique items and high items. The lady working the day we went in was very nice, talkative, and helpful. We did find numberous items to buy but unfortunately they were not our size. So that's why the 4 stars. I understand resale shops often have one size of items but I wish they a few more sizes. Overall, it was a lovely store. Love the decor and arrangement of items which was easy to shop. The cost of the items were quit expensive compared to eBay or other upscale resale which for me was also part of the 4 stars. We will go back to check again because sometimes a one of a kind items is worth the cost.”

It even extends to some work tools like pliers and wrenches. Compared to other retailers, they are the hands down best prices for those new items when available.”
