“It was my first time at Floor&Decor, currently in the process of rehabbing a home and heard really great things about the store! Seriously can't believe it took me this long to step foot in here, by far the best pricing and great quality tile, stone etc you will find in Chicago. When you walk in it can be overwhelming because of how many incredible options there are, but that's where their incredible designers come in to play. On my first visit Jordann (designer) spent an hour or two walking through the wall/floor tile section with me and bringing my ideas and vision to life! She had so many great ideas and her patience and input was so valuable, I went in with an inspiration and left with concrete designs for all three bathrooms and backsplash of my kitchen. She made me feel so much better and excited about the entire process. I took my designs home and came back a few days later to make the purchase order and Jordann was off that day, but Taylor (designer) who is also amazing, was already up to date on my entire design concept, as Jordann had already filled her in and she helped execute some last minute changes and with processing our order. I'm really so impressed, bc not only are they great at what they do, their service is free! It's like getting an interior designer included in your tile purchase! I'm a Huge Fan!! Also shoutout to Daniel at the Pro Desk who also helped me get set up on my pro account, because if you work in the industry (contractor, realtor, etc.) you qualify for a pro account and can get points on your spend! He was super helpful and knowledgeable as well. Thank you to the team at the Addison location you guys make more impact than you might even realize!”

It is so difficult to find Finnish food in America so I was overjoyed to find a wide variety of my favorite foods from Finland as well as just seeing other things from Finland and of course Moomin. “I would like to start my review by saying "HELLO DARLING." This was an interesting shop for me because I was unsure whether this shop would have anything for me. But, upon suggestions, I ventured to this shop. I was in this area previously but never knew that there was a hidden gem (shop) in the area. Where were you "The Darling Shop"? Upon entering the store, the store associate welcomed me by placing a white disco ball necklace around my neck (I felt like I was given a medal for partying hard lol) and handed me the goodie bag. She was sweet and patient. As a part of the event, the goodie bag had white disco ball necklace, pink disco ball drink tumblers, facial cleansing wipe, nail polish and some stickers. She explained to me a little history about the store. It blew me away when I knew that this store sells their goods from local area small businesses, people etc. The Darling shop is a stage for all these mini businesses where every product is made with minute detail. This was my first surprise. The store had party stuff, women's fashion, baby stuff was on the right side from the counter, home goods, sunglasses on the left side to the wall and many more. There was one section where they had various kinds of greeting cards. There were a variety of things in the store. My first look was that it was a store for women but as I went around for a bit then it was eye-catching when I saw they had a small section for men which was my second surprise. They had Men's accessories, clothing, and grooming. Upon looking, I bought a black pair of socks for myself. To sum up, the store was cool with such a variety of daily goods. I could not get to meet the owner NIKKI, but the store instantly gives you happy vibes with all the positive quotes around the store and for the stuff they are selling. I also checked out their website which was great, but the only recommendation is it would be nice if the font color is white (other color) on top and bottom of the website as it can be more visible. I would recommend my friends to explore this store. Lastly, for me, THE DARLING STORE = INSTANT HAPPINESS.”
