“I came in to get a link taken out of my Cartier watch. I didn't even buy it at Razny, but the team helped me as if I was a longtime VIP customer. There was a Cartier specialist on-site who was able to adjust my watch in a matter of minutes, and other sales people offered to clean my wedding ring stack while I waited. What was a routine errand to run turned into me feeling like a fun shopping outing (even though I didn't buy anything!). Thank you to Aga, Paige, and Stephanie for all your help!”

“I was recently in the Chicagoland area and decided to try Jawahir Jewlery to get a custom made necklace. i had contacted a few jewelers in the same area prior to my visit and none of them were helpful in my request and quite rude (I.e. leaving me on read). However, the moment we stepped into Jawahir, we were welcomed by the most friendliest staff. They fulfilled my request and worked with me through the whole process. Communication was great after the purchase as I’m out of state. The price was a bit higher than the other places quoted me, but to be honest I don’t mind as their customer service and experience was worth it.”
“What a great experience despite the fact that, unfortunately, I cannot remember the ladies' names! My necklace chain had two nearly impossible knots to untangle and even though it took a solid 20 minutes, they successfully untangled them! Initially, they said they may need to send it to the jeweler and would need to quote us, but that ended up not being necessary and the untangling was done for free! We also looked for a new chain and received guidance for which one to choose. My fiancé and I sincerely appreciated their patience when we said we would need time to consider – no pushing at all! Worth mentioning: this store always has impressive deals and sales happening. Thank you!!”

“This shop is like stepping into a bygone era of Chicago, especially with their hilarious adaption of Hopper's "Nighthawks" featuring Harry Caray and a cast of other classic characters. I went in for a watch battery replacement and the guys were enthusiastically assessing some vintage dollar bills while simultaneously negotiating with a potential buyer (on speaker phone). They were very friendly and replaced my Movado battery on the spot in less than 5 minutes for just $5--but the best part was they didn't have change to break my $20 so they actually gave it to me for free! I will definitely go back for any jewelry repair needs in the future. Thanks again, gentlemen!2 logistical notes: they close at 5pm now and they actually have 2 storefronts but they still work out of that cool corner shop on Elston with the "Nighthawks" painting, not the store across the street and a little east on Irving Park.”
