“So I went to this location for the first time. I usually go to Fullerton in Chicago but I moved like the west side of Chicago so this was the closest location and they closed at 8:00. Wow! Laura was so nice she made me laugh so much and for a second I forgot about my money problems. They were able to give me in and out. I found my shoes. They gave me a decent price so I went to like four or five locations and this gave me by far the most for what I paid for my shoes for my short-term loan. I had several items repaired, such as, earring post, gold adding repair, batteries, hand dials for watch, diamonds and prongs, earring backs, ring shaping, cleaning, and polishing.
Sandra and her family showed good customer service.
I'll say that, they're business people with business personalities yet respectful.
I spent $800 dollars at least with them between mid March until the end of March. I kept bringing jewelry due to my satisfaction of several pieces, prior to additional pieces afterwards.
I have a ring that's in the pictures which is sapphire; they told me that some of my stones was missing and they are rare and hard to find; and they weren't able to replace them. I felt valued as a customer because they communicated that to me before they did the rest of the work to the ring. I do recommend this business for repairs, cleaning, and polishing.
