“Words cannot express how happy we are that the staff here went above and beyond for our daughter and son in laws wedding. Planning a wedding was hard enough and we had a specific 2020 Gatsby theme for March however the week before is when everything had to be rescheduled. The staff went above and beyond to recreate a fairy garden outdoor wedding while still maintaining a gatsby theme! From the bouquets to the table decor it was absolutely stunning! I called their shop this morning and explained that I was looking to send a fresh flower arrangement today, one that was big, bright, beautiful and had a "put a smile on their face" appeal for a good friend of mine who needed some cheering-up. “First question I asked was “can you deliver flowers the next day?” Answer from associate was “yes.” Since they said yes, I placed my order. When I called my friend later the next day to find out how she liked the flowers I found out that they were never delivered.They went above and beyond to fix the issue and make my friend's Christmas special. They even delivered the flowers on Christmas Eve even though they were closed for the day. Great customer service and will use them again.”
