“First question I asked was “can you deliver flowers the next day?” Answer from associate was “yes.” Since they said yes, I placed my order. When I called my friend later the next day to find out how she liked the flowers I found out that they were never delivered.They went above and beyond to fix the issue and make my friend's Christmas special. They even delivered the flowers on Christmas Eve even though they were closed for the day. Great customer service and will use them again.”

Although due to the rain we had to get the iron portion rescheduled several times, they were always informative and got the job done quickly and professionally. My parents love that they have a section of the backyard portioned off for their vegetable garden. I love my new fence!”

“I went to Langes's to purchase floral arrangements for our granddaughter's memorial service. Nancy and her staff were so sympathetic and graciously helped me through my sadness; from compassionate hugs to the most beautiful floral arrangements and plants. I wanted the flowers to reflect our granddaughter's love for dogs, frogs, hamsters, hermit crabs, birds, tortoises, and all other animals to shine through, and they did just that.
