“Excellent jewelry store and the jewelry consultants are amazing! Michelle was my consultant. I first came in when my mom passed and I had some jewelry to sell. She was so thorough, knowledgeable and sorrowful for our loss. She took uninterrupted time with me to make some tough decisions.
I just left there again as I had my mother's ring remade into a mother and grandmothers ring. We added the stones of my grandchildren and came up with an absolutely beautiful tribute to my kids in grandkids. Once again she took a lot of time with me going through different styles until we came up the one that best fit me and my wishes. She made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and gave me complete peace of mind.
While I was there, my sister and I also looked at necklaces. Lizzie and Alyssa were both so patient, helpful, and fun to work with. They helped my sister narrow down the details for a customized necklace, helped me pick out a few pieces, and made the entire experience enjoyable.
Everyone on the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. Their jewelry is absolutely stunning, the quality is exceptional, and the pricing is very fair. It’s easy to see why they have such a great reputation.

Fast forward 1 year when I had caused a slight crack he fixed it and polished like new to stand by his excellent work.
