Lived here for over 18 years until I finally moved to a house last year! Darcie and her team do a great job of maintaining the building and keeping everything clean. The bonus was being surrounded by nature and having access to the trails and forest preserve next to the building. Miss you all!

Incredible, hassle-free place to live. Property Manager & staff keep the building clean & in good repair throughout all the seasons. Quiet & respectful residents. Enjoyable location with walking paths through prairie, forest & along river. It’s a privilege to live at 301 Riverwalk Place!
