Jimmy’s work is second to none. Jimmy handles the problems immediately and in addition to a problem you might have, he will take the time to check out any other issues a resident might have and fixes those issues as well.

“I met Michael from the leasing office back in October 2025. At that time, I was going through a divorce, was preparing for a herniated disc surgery, and was putting my house up for sale. Michael knew I was coming to the Dunton Tower, but he also knew it was going to take a bit of time. He kept in touch with me via e-mail, as king about my neck, my house, asked how I was doing overall, but at the same time, he was not overly pushy, he just gently cared about everything I was going through. I moved in 2 days ago, and Michael and Nicole have been great. They have answered all of my questions (I had a lot, HAHA), and remained extremely patient with a man who has never lived in an apartment or condo (me)! This building is great, the location is great, and Michael and the entire office are just so kind and helpful. I highly recommend the Dunton Towers, and I’m happy to be here and setting in nicely,”

“The maintenance team at Glenview Luxury Apartments is hands down the best. They are awesome, fast, and always on top of any maintenance issue that comes up. Juan, the maintenance supervisor, does an excellent job managing everything and making sure things get done right. His team, Luis and Paul, are just as great — very kind, professional, and friendly. You can really tell they care about the residents and take pride in their work. I truly appreciate the entire maintenance team and the great service they provide.”
“We moved into our apartment in November 2025 and living here has been wonderful. The building is extremely well managed and maintained. Everything in the common areas is pristinely clean. The on site office is available for questions and quickly follows up with requests.
We absolutely love being able to “take the elevator to the grocery store.” Having Caputo’s right here is such a lovely convenience. While we do not have a dog currently, we love seeing the wide array of dogs who live here as we come and go through the building.
We are looking forward to taking advantage of the awesome pool very soon! Cannot recommend Top of the Mount enough.”

“I lived at Plum Grove Apartments for 5 years and had nothing but a wonderful experience. Everything is kept nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking, pet friendly, a studio that felt like a 1 bedroom, and laundry on site (freshly remodeled). They keep the grounds very well maintained and are always renovating and making the place better. This is one of the last non-mega apartments, and I cannot recommend a better apartment for the cost, staff, and location.

Luis, thank you and your family for doing a great job keeping the grounds clean and beautiful, and being some of the nicest people I've lived with.

“I’ve lived here for a almost a year and plan to stay even longer. The neighbors here are very kind. The environment is fantastic, and the communication from the current management team has been outstanding. This is by far the best management team I’ve ever worked with.
Sarah, Lindsey, Augustin, and Tom are incredibly patient and supportive. Sarah was very enthusiastic and especially helpful during my unit transfer—her communication skills and patience in resolving misunderstandings were exceptional. She’s also extremely thoughtful when it comes to residents’ packages. On several occasions, she took the time to care for and remind me about my wine deliveries when I wasn’t home.
Lindsey is deeply compassionate and always supportive. Augustin is very responsible—once when I was away on a business trip and realized my stove was still on, after my phone call, he responded promptly and helped shut off the electronics. I was so relieved to have that kind of backup.
The maintenance team has been excellent throughout my stay. Bryant (who has since left), Luis, and others I haven’t had the chance to meet are all very reliable and professional. Even the cleaning staff are consistently kind and courteous.
Just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for this amazing team.”

“I moved here in 2023, and so far, this is the best apartment I've lived in the States. The neighborhood is fantastic—safe, comfortable, and conveniently located, with everything I need within a 5-mile radius. Plus, the area is served by Oak Grove School, which has an impressive 9/10 rating. I highly recommend this place! “Update after 3 Years: I have officially lived here 3 years now and have just renewed for a fourth year. I stand by everything I stated below. Rent is extremely fair for apartments of similar quality in the area. The place is QUIET! Yes all apartments have some noise, but I have never had an unreasonably noisy neighbor. Everyone is very friendly. The staff is great! Renewing your lease is easy and hassle free. The maintenance staff goes absolutely above and beyond.Previous comments: I’ve lived here for 1.5 years now. The rent is very fair for the area. The buildings are quiet and well kept. Maintenance staff is very responsive and does a great job. The front office staff is very nice and responsive. They have also been taking the time to update the buildings (new paint, etc) and upkeep the grounds (new flowers, signage, trees, etc.)”

The management group was nothing but helpful whenever we ran into an issue. They were always super flexible on any requests I had. “I have lived here for almost seven years and this place is home. This is the longest I have ever lived in one place so it should say something. There's no perfect situation so let's be honest with ourselves, things happen. However the building is cared for, problems are addressed and handled. You will make friends with the neighbours as you can build your own community here. For what you pay, this place is absolutely worth it. I personally have been through some personal situations, Michelle, the complex director has been very helpful and understanding. During covid, Renee (spelling) even brought packages and left them outside of my door. Just wanted to give a fair and realistic review. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, don't look any further.”
