Jimmy’s work is second to none. Jimmy handles the problems immediately and in addition to a problem you might have, he will take the time to check out any other issues a resident might have and fixes those issues as well.

You can really tell they care about the residents and take pride in their work. I truly appreciate the entire maintenance team and the great service they provide.”
“Have loved my time at Dunton Tower! The pool and community room are great hangout spots/perks. The staff though are the highlight of this property! Always greeted by the manager with a smile and will make time to talk about your day. Highly recommend Dunton Tower!”

“I’ve lived here for a almost a year and plan to stay even longer. The neighbors here are very kind. The environment is fantastic, and the communication from the current management team has been outstanding. This is by far the best management team I’ve ever worked with.
Sarah, Lindsey, Augustin, and Tom are incredibly patient and supportive. Sarah was very enthusiastic and especially helpful during my unit transfer—her communication skills and patience in resolving misunderstandings were exceptional. She’s also extremely thoughtful when it comes to residents’ packages. On several occasions, she took the time to care for and remind me about my wine deliveries when I wasn’t home.
Lindsey is deeply compassionate and always supportive. Augustin is very responsible—once when I was away on a business trip and realized my stove was still on, after my phone call, he responded promptly and helped shut off the electronics. I was so relieved to have that kind of backup.
The maintenance team has been excellent throughout my stay. Bryant (who has since left), Luis, and others I haven’t had the chance to meet are all very reliable and professional. Even the cleaning staff are consistently kind and courteous.
Just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for this amazing team.”

“Update after 3 Years: I have officially lived here 3 years now and have just renewed for a fourth year. I stand by everything I stated below. Rent is extremely fair for apartments of similar quality in the area. The place is QUIET! Yes all apartments have some noise, but I have never had an unreasonably noisy neighbor. Everyone is very friendly. The staff is great! Renewing your lease is easy and hassle free. The maintenance staff goes absolutely above and beyond.Previous comments: I’ve lived here for 1.5 years now. The rent is very fair for the area. The buildings are quiet and well kept. Maintenance staff is very responsive and does a great job. The front office staff is very nice and responsive. They have also been taking the time to update the buildings (new paint, etc) and upkeep the grounds (new flowers, signage, trees, etc.)”

The neighborhood is fantastic—safe, comfortable, and conveniently located, with everything I need within a 5-mile radius. Plus, the area is served by Oak Grove School, which has an impressive 9/10 rating. I highly recommend this place! “I lived here for 6 years and am going to miss it here. Although the building I lived in was old and had its fair share of problems. The management group was nothing but helpful whenever we ran into an issue. They were always super flexible on any requests I had. This place is also super pet friendly too and was a great place to raise my first pup. Highly recommend this place if anyone is looking.”

“Living at The Lakes of Schaumburg has been such a great experience! The updates throughout the community and the apartment homes themselves are fantastic, modern, clean, and thoughtfully done. I also really appreciate how upfront and honest all the charges are; there are no hidden surprises, which makes budgeting so much easier.
The location couldn’t be better, close to everything you need while still being tucked away in a quiet, comfortable setting.
Most importantly, Shiela has been absolutely amazing to work with. From start to finish, she made the entire process easy and stress-free. She’s always professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about making sure everything goes smoothly. Honestly, she’s the best associate I’ve ever worked with in an apartment community!

“I have lived here for almost seven years and this place is home. This is the longest I have ever lived in one place so it should say something. There's no perfect situation so let's be honest with ourselves, things happen. However the building is cared for, problems are addressed and handled. You will make friends with the neighbours as you can build your own community here. For what you pay, this place is absolutely worth it. I personally have been through some personal situations, Michelle, the complex director has been very helpful and understanding. During covid, Renee (spelling) even brought packages and left them outside of my door. Just wanted to give a fair and realistic review. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, don't look any further.”
