“Unfortunately, I have had to use the services of this Gerber many times. They have always done a great job with the repairs over the 4-5 times I have used them. They work with all the big insurance companies which makes it really easy. This last time there was a long wait for the part on my door. They insisted I needed a new door when other body ships though it could be fixed with just a new “skin”. Gerber was right and it was worth the wait on the part. I believe the other body shop was just trying to get a repair done now with what they could instead of waiting to do it properly. Julian at Gerber communicated perfectly with me in this matter and he was 100% correct.Kevin Vargas really handles himself well too. I had scheduled to pickup my vehicle that was ready at 8:00am on Saturday and nobody was there. I called the number and Kevin was in back and came out to talk to me. Apparently the other estimator who had the keys and was supposed to be here, was running 45 minutes late. Given my schedule, this really messed me up and I was not pleased. I should have handled my reaction better. Yet Kevin stepped up, handled himself perfectly and figured out a way to make it happen and went to someone’s house close by and got another set of keys!He could have just as easily said I need to wait and done nothing, but apologized for the inconvenience. Honestly, that’s probably what I would have done if I were him. He didn’t, instead he took it in stride and solved the problem. When things get tough is when businesses and their people are really tested and their true colors come out. Today, Gerber shined bright.Kevin (who can take a situation like that and turn it around at 8:00am on a Saturday morning), combined with Julian (who is always extremely professional and communicative about the repair process and timeline) and Lianna (who is also fantastic to schedule interface with throughout the process), makes Gerber my absolute go to for the inevitable body work that needs to be done.Thank you Gerber Team!Here are before and after pictures of the most recent repair.”

Carlos and his crew were super helpful and informative of any potential discoloration between body panels. “Caliber was recommended to me by the Audi dealer and I have nothing but beyond positive things to say about them. The work was excellent.Everyone at Caliber was so friendly. Tina and Jocelyn at the front desk were super kind and responsive. The two guys I spoke to were knowledgable and answered any questions. Their facilities are also really nice in comparison to the other shops I got estimates from. Makes you feel like youre leaving your car in good hands.I had a rental car through Enterprise and I was able to leave the rental at Caliber when I picked up my actual car. I don't know if that's a standard thing but it was SO convenient.I hope my car is never hit again but if it is, im definitely coming back here. Can't recommend them enough.P.S. the other two estimates I got were effectively the same as Caliber with much lower quality facilities and cars they were working on. There was 0 benefit in trying to go with a smaller shop to save money - don't take the first body shop your insurance recommends”

“I’ve slept in the parking lot of many of the finest hotrod shops across the country, and this is by far one of the nicest.The tour guide Phil was very knowledgeable about the inner workings of the shop, and I must say it’s a marvel of modern hotrod manufacturing.Now for the most important part the toilet paper in the bathroom was soft but not too soft, and didn’t have any of those cheap fake perfumes.Can’t thank them enough for their hospitality would definitely sleep in this parking lot again……5 stars”

Even though we’re all experiencing delays on certain vehicle parts due to all of the strikes, they were able to obtain the necessary parts and repair my vehicle pretty quickly. I didn’t even have to go through the hassle of making any payments because they handled everything with the insurance company. And the insurance company paid them directly. Schaeffer also went ahead and scheduled a rental car for me which picked me up directly from their shop at the same time that I dropped off my car. And when my car was ready, I just dropped off the rental at Schaeffer and the rental car company came and picked up their car.Schaeffer also buffed out the rest of my car that had minor scratches, washed and vacuumed everything nicely too.
