“We’ve purchased three cars in the last three years—our experience with Carneed was by far the best and we highly recommend them for their above-and-beyond responsiveness, quality, and professionalism. When we first found this Audi Q3 online, my husband was surprised and impressed when Eli personally responded right away to our emails—even at 9:30 at night. With us living three hours away from his dealership, Eli took the time to take us on a live video tour of the car and offered to take it to a mechanic of our choice for an inspection. (We opted not to do this as the Carfax report was great and Carneed had already done a thorough inspection.) When we decided to move ahead with the purchase, we contacted him after dinner on Thursday night. Eli, once again, thoroughly answered our remaining questions and had sales paperwork sent to us that very night via DocuSign. After sending him proof of wire transfer and insurance, Victor, Eli’s assistant, amazed us by saying they would get the car delivered to us that very day! We just received the car a few hours ago and it is in immaculate condition and drives like a dream. Their 5-star reviews are well deserved.”

“I recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette convertible from Albo Auto Sales. At first I was reluctant because it had a salvage title; however, it was explained to me that banks often total cars that have minimal damage but are deemed too expensive to repair. After some research I discovered that was exactly the case. These “totaled” cars are sold at a steep discount at auction. I believe Albo purchases these mildly damaged cars and reconditions them. In my case, I got the car I wanted for a very reasonable price. This seems to be a win win situation to me. Of course, it depends on Albo providing reliable and nicely reconditioned cars, which I believe they do. Dealing with Albo was easy and communication was excellent. Shout out to Leo for a very pleasant buying experience.”

We visited many places, but nowhere did we receive such a pleasant and respectful attitude as here. They showed us all the cars we were interested in without any problem, and we took a test drive, after which we were able to make our decision.
We had a specific budget, and the staff helped us professionally to choose the right car. We are very satisfied — the car is in excellent condition, and everything works perfectly. One of the employees (probably the owner) speaks not only English but also Polish, which helped us communicate better since we are from Ukraine and Polish is quite similar to our language.
All the paperwork was done very quickly, and they also helped us with the insurance. Everything was great! Highly recommend this place to everyone!”

“Jeremy helped me with car I bought. He was great. But, I felt a little bamboozled when he told me that he hid the keys (for the car I wanted) all day from other people so I could test drive the car I wanted (picture of the text for proof)…. Only to get there to be told that the car, that I had an appointment to test drive was on an “extended” test drive. The car arrived past my appointment time. I was told it was the owners niece that was doing an “extended” test drive. But I really think she had the car or was borrowing the car for a while. And there was a mismatch with the mileage that was advertised vs what the actual mileage was. It all worked out in the end, but that was the only thing I didn’t really enjoy. When I walked into the dealership, the price of the car went up as well. But Jeremy honored the price that I saw online. And since the mileage was not correct on the advertisement as well, Jeremy moved some things around for me to make it right. He’s getting five stars because he likes the show Blacklist, loves animals, and gave me Cheetos. And he is really knowledgeable of cars. The process took a really long…time. Was there for about 3 and a half hours. So ya. I mean. It’s a dealership. Just be smart.”
