“Let's go back in time a bit...
The tire on the front right passenger side started to get low. I let it go for awhile as the PSI shown in my car was not that bad. Then, after a week or so, my car started to show the tire having a lower psi for that one tire.
Flash forward to this week. I ran an errand and noticed the list on my car and checked the PSI and it was low. My car was sliding a bit in the rain. It was late morning and I knew I needed to get my car to a tire store. My go to is Discount Tire. I looked up the closest location and it was in the opposite direction. I wasn't turning around. Then I remembered the new Belle Tire location that was on my way home.
So I arrived and figured I'd have to wait awhile for my car.
As tire stores do, they tried to get me to replace all four of my tires and if I wasn't going for that, then I should at least replace the other front tire. Nope. My other tires are in good shape. There is no way I'm replacing good tires.
So they had a tire that was close to the same type of tread as my other three tires.
Bob was nice about it and I knew he had to try the upsell. It's the song and dance of the tire store.
The lobby area (check-in, wait area, etc.) is huge. There is no need for such a large open area unless they have regular cocktail parties and networking events held there. I think the design is from a bygone time when they had all the tires stacked in the showroom and now it's all online. Regardless, the area is nice and clean.
You know what else was clean? The service area. Granted, it's a new facility, but it was pretty darn clean.
Bob told me that they are busy and would be able to look at my car in a couple hours, so I decided to wait there. He said they have coffee and water and some snacks while I wait. The waiting area is a section of the huge front area of Belle Tire. There are several black, leather-ish comfy chairs in a half-square L-shape layout facing two large flat screen televisions. One TV was airing Road Rage shows on A&E's Crime and Law series (which was hilarious to watch given where I and another customer were waiting) and the other screen had a running list of customers and times they were to be taken care of and where in the process their vehicles were.
After about an hour, my car was ready. About an hour before I was told they would even be able to look at it. And then I was on my way. My car exactly the way I turned it over to them, albeit with a new tire.
It was a great experience and I will definitely return.
And the tire, it wasn't too expensive.”

“I wish I would have written this review sooner because I cannot compliment enough on the level of care, customer service and class that this Just Tires has provided me and my family for over 2 decades. We have had everything done at this place: tires, struts, oil changes, brakes, ailments, you name it. None of these things has EVER failed us. Vince, Tim and Fabian are the best in the business. I know im failing to mention the other gentlemen in the shop and that have helped us (please forgive me), but whenever I have had a problem or needed something these 3 men were on top of it like I was their sibling. I mean it, they are THE best in the business, treat you like family, are friendly, fair, honest, class acts and actually care about you along with your purchase. If it means anything, I drive from the city of Chicago just to get my work done by them because theyre that professional.
Just Tires, if you're reading this, you need to give EVERYONE at this shop a FAT raise because they are worth their weight in gold.

“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”
