Zach very professional explained to me the repair policy as the nail was close to the edge, yet he promised to make his best effort to save the tire. I was impressed by his commitment as he was genuinely willing to help vs just suggesting to buy a new tire (as few other tire places told me). They repaired the tire and saved me a big hastle as there was still lot of threads left and I didn't had to buy another tire on the same axel to avoid any alignment issues.
