“Had a great experience in the activity area. We were at loose ends at the end of the day and the play area was too loud and busy for them. We just went to check out the toy store and found the activity area and kept them busy and happy till the mall closed. They were so excited to see a live axolotl and watch the snake being fed. The owner helped my youngest figure out the marble run and oldest had great time with nerf launcher and Turning Toy. If you are looking for a good place to keep bored kids occupied that's not the screaming madhouse the mall player was is, I would highly recommend.”

“My absolute favorite store for gifts for children of any age. Everything is made specific for children’s growth and brain development. I am so sick of glittery, loud useless toys that do nothing but promote some created character. Any choice in this store would be a good one. “This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store & both experiences exceeded expectations! The first time, I was looking for a specific product. It was shown on their website, but currently out of stock (in the middle of the supply chain issues). I called to check when/if it would be back in stock and their communication was stellar! They let me know that it had been ordered and kept me apprised of subsequent delays.The second time I ordered (today), I was given the option of free local delivery as one of the shipping methods. “We had such an amazing experience at the Five Below in Kildeer! Amelia and Daniel went above and beyond for my daughter on her birthday. They took extra time to make her feel special, even opening Petite Heads with her right at the counter. When Daniel noticed she’d gotten a duplicate, he traded one of his own with her—something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but it made her whole day.

“Natasha is wonderful. She does a beautiful job cutting my son's hair. He is not a fan of getting his hair cut - he gets freaked out by the hair clippers and scissors by his ears - and she makes him feel comfortable. She also has done a great job on my teen, and even my own hair! She gives good advice on how to continue to style the hair at home. She's very friendly and nice to talk to as well.”
“Good store if you like Kpop, anime, or Sanrio. They had a LOONA album which can be hard to come by these days. We also saw the Yves album for the first time. We felt the Kpop merch was a bit overpriced but we still made a few purchases! Would definitely return based on the selection available.”

“Good Five Below. Fairly good selection and could get in and out fairly easy. Only downside is double check the snacks. Found a pack of beef jerky that was green and moldy.”
“Attended kids bday party. There was a great selection of choices. The kids enjoyed picking outfits and accessories for their bears. Workers were very attentive and helpful. The store is a little tight when having a group of kids plus regular patrons. They have a great photo op wall for pics. Overall the kids loved the experience.”
“Just bought a bunch of LP condition WOTC cards for 50 cents each. They have many of the vintage cards organized in boxes by set. It was mostly commons and some uncommon but was a blast from the past seeing and collecting some of my favorite cards. They had some vintage holos and 1st editions too. A few were ~$20 but most were $40-90. Overall, I got a great haul and will be coming back in the future.”
“My family and I went to buy some loose Pokemon cards that my sons were interested in. The cards that they wanted were very random and consisted of Pokemon using all different energies as well as Trainers. The owner Jester was there and he was extremely helpful, helping us find over 30 of the cards that they were looking through by going through binders and loose cards in a box, which was extremely tedious. We've been to many Gamers Worlds where the employees running the store seem like they couldn't care less about their customers. We were fortunate to have the exact opposite experience here and want to thank Jester so much for his kindness and patience!”

“I was on the hunt for blind boxes and saw that Too Cool had some, however, when I visited, the ones I wanted were out of stock (i.e., studio ghibli). Overall, their blind box selection was limited. They did have a lot of anime figurines, keychains and plushies. And, a small section of Kpop.”

“I live in Florida, and I had been looking for a specific Warhammer novel for months. It was very hard to find, especially at MSRP, as a lot of scalpers were selling the novel for 4x the price on eBay.
I saw that Everything Games was selling the novel and called them up. I don't recall the man's name I spoke to, but told him where I live and that they had a book I had been looking for, he told me to buy it on the website and shipped it to me.
I'm very grateful for this awesome customer service and even though I'm not local, I'll probably be giving you guys my business in the future and recommending you to friends.”
