Terrible and unprofessional customer service provided by the young lady with no last name at the Bunker Hill branch. Without knowing the situation she intervened with an attitude and continued with her Saturday morning sarcasm.

The robot answering machine won't let me talk to a real person, very unhelpful, I will have to wait for the other location to open to talk to someone directly.
