“Been using this branch for 7 years. I love it. Smiling face, wonderful customer service.. They always help with any issue that comes up.
Moved to Carlinville and started using the location there. There employees there are not even a little close to be friendly. Idk what there issue’s are there but if I wanted to deal with dead people I’d visit a morgue.. Verry disappointed, but that’s fine. I don’t mind going out of my way for for a better experience.

“My husband and I went to the Liberty Bank because it is in a group of banks under the umbrella of United Community Bank. We were surprised to find that Liberty Bank was in a building with both a pharmacy and a mailing service store. What a great idea.
The Liberty bank employees were very friendly and immediately greeted us as we walked in. We worked with Elizabeth. She is a delight. We actually enjoyed the visit. If we need an onsite banking visit in this banking group, we will definitely choose Bethalto Liberty Bank.”
