“I really like FNB better. But, unfortunately FNB was bought out by Associated Bank. I like the people there, not necessarily the management. It serves my purpose for the most part. But, if I want a small loan of $10,000 or less, I would apply elsewhere because Associated Bank won't lend that small of an amount.”

“My husband and I have been banking with US bank since we moved to Illinois from Missouri. All the tellers are nice and polite. Very professional. The only issue we have, is when Us Bank closed the Wood River location which is closer to is. Now to go to bank, it's out of our way. Also US Bank didn't let us know they were closing that location. I've spoke with other people who have said the same thing.”
