“this place is great! It has drive through car wash options ranging from $5 and up, and you can use the vaccuums for free if you get a car wash. the vaccuums are super strong and there’s a slightly bigger one and a smaller one for tighter spaces. definitely coming back!”

“I always appreciate any business (or person) that delivers exactly what they are supposed to deliver. Wash Inn has taken care of multiple vehicles for me over the last couple years. They truly treat every one of my vehicles equally, from the luxury to my tried and true every day ride or die Camry. The details matter at this spot. I believe the prices are more than reasonable, especially considering this is a true hand wash joint. I've gotten the clay bar and wax and they also wash my car that has a ceramic coat. At this point, I've dealt with everyone there. They are all great and knowledgeable. To me, great customer service is not kissing my ass, it's delivering the product that I am paying for in a a timely and professional manner. Car washing is not rocket science...and yet, so many places don't get it right. This place consistently does. I will say, sometimes wait times can be a little lengthy (typically each car is 20-30min depending on your service and yet in 2 yrs its never taken me longer than 15min to get in the wash bay), but I assure you, you will be hard-pressed to find better anywhere in the near or far area. Weekends are expectedly busier than a weekday. Our vehicles are huge investments, this place will absolutely treat them a such.”

I came in with a mess of a car from years of dirt and hair from my German Shepherds, summers of camping trips and beach days, and spills and stains on the carpets and seats. They were extremely professional, Ali helped me, and very direct with what they were going to work on. I dropped my car off at 9AM and they were finished with it at 4:30 PM. I came back to an entire brand new car. The interior is spotless and everything feels shiny and new. My car is a 2019 Toyota Corolla and they priced me at $245. I wanted to find someone local in Bridgeview and was not disappointed. I will be coming back and recommending friends!”

I took my car in a sad mood because I did not think my car seats, badly stained and smeared with nacho cheese, could be saved anymore. They were in very bad shape and appearance. I NEVER thought they could look decent again. My car needed good cleaning.
BUT for only 90 dollars, a great price which included an indoor shine and clean, a full removal of stubborn stains from the car seating, and a full exterior car wash the workers here performed a miracle of a job well-done. I could NOT believe my eyes. The car seats look NEW and cleaner than ever. I am happy. I would give 100 perfect stars if I could.”

Kuba Leśnikowski and Maksymilian Pawlikowski provided outstanding customer service. They helped me at the pay station by explaining the different wash options and helped me choose the membership that made the most sense for me. I was so impressed that I ended up buying a membership. After the wash, they also checked on me at the vacuum area to make sure everything was working and that I had everything I needed. It’s not often you find employees who go out of their way to help customers like that. “Never any issue with this location. Been coming for years! They make sure the vacuums are clear and working and the people are wonderful. They treat you like family and remember loyal customers. Prices have gone up but membership costs the same as when originally signing up. Love the heated dry in winter to help melt off any snow and helps dry everything to near perfection.”

“I’ve been going here since 2000 when it was under a different ownership. Back then it was a simple basic car wash place which was all I needed for my Honda Civic I used to drive. About 3 years ago, I started returning here and found it even better for the overall wash & price compared to other car wash facilities. The manual wash bay uses pretty good filtered hot water that doesn’t harm your car’s paint and provides you with optional additional cleaners to perfect your car’s appearance. They also have automatic touch-less wash bays which are great when your in a rush. The gold coins you collect from the touch-less washes can also be used for vacuum and other washes. The owner here is very knowledgeable and helpful with any kind of inquiry to your vehicle wash. He does an excellent job maintaining the place and is a very friendly person.”
