From explaing all the different services to their customer care! Everything was spot on. Yes I dropped a pretty penny getting the steam detail plus the ceramic/wash but well worth it cause my truck was filthy. Wish I had a before and after so I can show the difference. “Well, there isn't much completion around he for self wash car washes. So the bar is low. But what it lacks in style and upkeep, it makes up for in "getting the job done". Everything works as expected. Tap to pay for washes works well. Hoping once construction is complete they'd toss some fresh paint on the building. Vacuums feel a little dated. Car is cleaned with no antennae ripping brushes in sight for $7, welcome to Chicago.”

“Gateway Auto & Collision helped me resolve two separate insurance claims (State Farm Claim for a Rear End Accident, Geico Claim for comprehensive front bumper damage) on my BMW 4 Series. This required extensive work from their Team to communicate with multiple insurance companies all while providing good Customer Service to make sure I didn't have to do any extra work. They were great at listening to what I wanted fixed and when I noticed anything out of the usual after the repairs, they were on top of it to make sure the car was repaired perfectly.On top of this, they did an excellent job mounting and balancing a new set of Tires I ordered directly from Tire Rack. I would highly recommend them for any collision or servicing work on your vehicle.”

“I've been coming here for years and have never been dissatisfied. They are often busy and the line will take a while to advance, but it's worth it. For 20 dollars(4 door sedan) you get the hand wash and dry, vacuum, wiping of seats/interior, and they do a pretty good job wiping my cup holders and smaller areas. If you have a ton of small sand/salt/pet hair, it might not get it completely, but will reduce it significantly. I've never been concerned about stealing or damage to my vehicle, as they always place things found under the seat in a cup holder. When you drive in they don't ask what service you want typically, so if you want something other than the standard, ask for it right away while handing over the keys. There's an air conditioning and an ATM inside the waiting room. Once they take your car, it's done in less than 30 minutes.”

He told me his recommendation and immediately gave a quote of $150 for an hour of work, including removing the nest, power washing, and steam cleaning my engine compartment. It took exactly an hour, and I was very happy with the results.I live in an apartment building, so he was able to park in my garage - I did pay for his parking in order to make this work in the very busy, not so parking friendly Streeterville neighborhood.
