“First question I asked was “can you deliver flowers the next day?” Answer from associate was “yes.” Since they said yes, I placed my order. When I called my friend later the next day to find out how she liked the flowers I found out that they were never delivered.They went above and beyond to fix the issue and make my friend's Christmas special. They even delivered the flowers on Christmas Eve even though they were closed for the day. Great customer service and will use them again.”

“My sister in laws husband passed away on 01-24-2024 and I needed to get flowers for his wake. So I found the flower cottage store near my area and found out it had top reviews. So I went in on a Saturday morning and the gentleman who took care me was very helpful and kind. He gave me good reasonable prices. He helped me pick a beautiful plant after all. Planning a wedding was hard enough and we had a specific 2020 Gatsby theme for March however the week before is when everything had to be rescheduled. The staff went above and beyond to recreate a fairy garden outdoor wedding while still maintaining a gatsby theme! From the bouquets to the table decor it was absolutely stunning!
