“10 out of 10 would recommend! the company so far provides the best garage door repair services in this area. My garage door’s broken torsion spring needed replacement and Mark totally fixed it without a hitch. I also didn’t expect that he could finish the work in such a short span of time. He was quick but provided quality work at the same time. It also helped that he came early as the work was finished early too. The price was fairly good for such quality assistance. I would totally recommend the company to anyone who’s looking for great garage door repair services.”

“This is a Bevdas store, which has other locations/affiliations in the area. This seems to be a new location and it's fairly large. They have a pretty good selection. Some allocated items are on the store shelves, while others are behind the counter.”
“Korbakes has been in Blue Island since I moved out here in 1983, not sure how many years before that. We are very good friends w/owners very good people. Enjoy the Cruise Nights on Monday nights. May-Oct.”
“Glad to see that it is still around. I remember when it was the corner store back in the late '50s and then they put the addition on. They turned the corner store into a ice cream shop called cone corner. I was the first ice cream scooper when the store first opened. Everybody in the neighborhood knew the Redina family. Lots of memories.”
“One of the few places around with craft beer, but you'll pay for it. Like 17 bucks a 6 pack. It legitametly is one of few places to find good beer though. They also have kratom and cbd products at the counter”

He said it’s the liquor stores that still offer bottles you can grab yourself, and no bullet proof setup. He said that Nick’s is clean, well stocked, and treat their customers with respect, and service is top notch. So if you’re looking for one to visit, check them out!!!”

“I was looking for Crown Royal Salted Caramel. I called and Ricky said that they had it. He even did a visual verification for me when I asked. i found Crown Royal Reserve which I hadn't seen. Then Ricky asked me if I saw this bottle. It was Crown Royal Golden Apple. That was the icing on the cake. It is Green and Gold with a beautiful box and gold bottle. That was a wonderful suggestion. I love green things. I'm making a quilt from the bags for my 93 year old father. Thanks to Ricky it will be fabulous. He went beyond and was very friendly. Thanks Ricky.”

“Buddy's is a decent sized liquor store being larger than the average neighborhood storefront liquor store. To be sure though, Buddy's is not Kenwood Liquors or Binny's Liquor Depot but If you're looking for the typical everyday liquors, beer and wine at a reasonable price you should find what you're looking for. Parking is usually not an issue since its in a strip mall in a huge retail hub. The store itself is well lit and usually clean and orderly. The female cashiers are usually more friendly than the male cashiers though service is pretty good overall. It's good to note that there is usually always at least one person panhandling outside though armed security is also always present inside.”
“They always have what I want, even when I only needed a 6 or pack of Corona Familiar, one time, the guy said “ill split it for you” cut the 12 pack in half and charged me only half for it they are always so nice and welcoming here”
“They charge a 3% fee on all credit / debit card purchases. Pay cash if you can. Friendly enough staff. Not a deep selection of craft beers. More expensive than other stores but guess I'm paying for the convenience.”
“Best liquor store in the neighborhood. I was doing a last minute mimosa bar and I was looking for some specific things. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the Prosecco I was buying was already refrigerated and they had a variety of squeeze purées. There was strawberry, raspberry , and a few more , which was great because my guest were able to flavor their mimosas to their liking. I stopped at the other neighborhood liquor store and they didn’t carry the items, but had them ordered, would have them next week. Should’ve came here first. Lastly, the staff made me feel so welcome, like they were genuinely happy I was there, and they answered all my questions (I had many). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Nice store, always friendly at the counter. After our last visit the clerk boxed our bottles and offered to help carry to the car if we needed help which was hugely appreciated. Smaller than a full beverage depot so the selection isn't huge but has everything we've ever needed.”

“Good Variety and great prices! but he middle eastern middle age guy acts as though he doesn't care for African Americans yet is a business owner in their neighborhood! Every time he's there at the front counter he has a smug look on his face all the time, never a good morning, afternoon or a come again! It's always a look of misery, disgust and racism! Now the heavy set black woman in there is always cordial and inviting! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't even patronize this business.”
