“We’d like to give a huge shoutout to Jerry, Mike, Oscar, and the entire team at Bob Carter’s Auto Body. They did an outstanding job restoring our Integra Type S after it was rear-ended, and somehow managed to make it look even better than when we brought it in. They went above and beyond to advocate for genuine OEM Acura parts, and their expertise as a Honda/Acura Certified Collision Repair Facility really showed in the quality of their work. In addition, just as impressive was their customer service! They were transparent, easy to reach, and encouraged us to call or stop by anytime for updates. They also handled everything directly with the at-fault party’s insurance, which made the process stress-free for us. We’re so grateful for their professionalism and quality of work, and we highly recommend Bob Carter’s Auto Body for anyone looking for top-quality repair work and customer care!”

“Last month, my 1999 Pontiac Trans Am was damaged at a car wash when one of the retaining clips failed, causing the rear passenger-side fiberglass bumper to crack. Finding a replacement bumper was not an option since Pontiac is no longer in business, and locating parts for a Trans Am in 2026 is extremely difficult. After spending several days searching for a body shop capable of repairing a custom fiberglass bumper, I came across Southside Custom Autobody LLC. I was impressed by the outstanding reviews from previous customers, so I decided to call and schedule an appointment with Adel. From our first meeting, Adel demonstrated extensive knowledge and professionalism. He assured me that he could restore the bumper to like-new condition and promised to treat my classic car with the same care and attention he would give his own vehicle. He absolutely delivered on that promise. The quality of Adel’s work exceeded my expectations. The repair is flawless, and I was genuinely amazed by the final result. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also honest, reliable, and passionate about their craft. I highly recommend Adel and Southside Custom Autobody LLC to anyone looking for exceptional auto body repair work. Thank you, Adel, for your outstanding craftsmanship, professionalism, and kindness. My Trans Am looks amazing again!”

“I went in for a minor repair & learned that my tires needed replacing due to years not miles. Cassidy replaced them the same day at a fair price. I have always been pleased with the quality of their work, & I am glad I did not attempt a road trip on the old tires.”

“Had a great experience at this auto repair shop. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. The service area was very clean and well maintained. What really stood out was how transparent they were throughout the repair process. They sent pictures and videos showing exactly what the issue was, explained everything clearly, and provided real-time estimates and updates so there were no surprises. It’s hard to find a shop this honest and communicative these days. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy auto repairs!”

“I had a small area of body damage to my vehicle. I received a quote in April 2026, after the damage occurred. I was not ready to schedule repairs until summer was complete. When I contacted the shop in September they honored the estimate. They were completed the work earlier than the original estimate and the body work was perfect. The car was also returned to me exceptionally clean (seemed like they vacuumed it thoroughly, which was an unexpected and nice surprise). The value for the work that was performed was excellent. I hope I do not need their services anytime soon, but I would easily recommend.”

“Amazing!! After I was involved in a collision accident, I took my car to the closest shop and the technician there took one look at my car and declared it a total loss. Which I found hard to believe because my car was operating just fine. Something about that experience didn't feel right, so I called A to Z and Tashi told me to bring my car in asap. Unlike the other shop, Tashi took the time to evaluate the damage and told me my car could be fixed. She saved me the time and expense of having to buy another car. Ricky and Maria were awesome at keeping me informed about the work being done to my car. I would highly recommend A to Z for auto body repairs.”

“Recently, I accidentally pulled off my gas cap cover on my car when it got stuck, I decided to stop at A-Z Auto Repair and talked to Robb Schultz the owner and told him about the problem with my car. Although Robb was busy also dealing with other customers, he took the time to come outside to my car and manually got the gas cap cover on my car.I wanted to give Robb compensation,a little cash for his time. He outright refused and asked me to bring in my car for any future service I needed. A-Z had been around for over 60 years, three generations of family ownership. I've known Rob's uncle Rick for many years. This is the nicest and most honest business I've ever dealt with.Highly recommended.”

While it was there, Sebastian, who rendered superior service and is the epitome of professionalism, was diligent in contacting me with updates every step of the repair process.
