I’ve had to buy parts at five different AutoZone’s in the past two days and Mario, who works at countryside is by far heads above everyone who helped me at the store in countryside and other stores, he knows much more about the issues I was having and the parts I needed than anyone else who helped me and I would definitely return to that store knowing that if he’s there, I will get the right parts in the right help. I do not believe positive feedback very often, but in this case is much well deserved he’s the kind of person I would want working for me as a business professional.”

“My car is a 2019 with low miles, bought at this dealer 1 year ago. I've been in once for an oil change, and once bc my garage rim broke a plastic covering underneath the car. Both times I've been treated incredibly nicely, and the last time was above and beyond. The service advisor, Kyle, actually got down on the ground and fixed this plastic component within 10 minutes. He did himself! I will always buy and service my cars at Ettleson, I can't believe how accommodating and helpful everyone has been.”
