We've been unable to get anyone on the phone for weeks, despite paying thousands for mockup materials. We've gotten no status updates as to our order. Not responding to emails.

Installed a steel cable deck railing 3 years ago at the beach and the product is still holding strong. Sales and Customer Service are quick and nice : )
